Perfect for fishing or just relaxing in the hot tub and watching the fish rise while enjoying the views of the beautiful San Juan Mountains in the distance. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, everyone is sure to have fun!

This home has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor that share a full bath with the rest of the living area downstairs. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of room for the gang to relax and watch a movie on TV, or enjoy a book. This room joins the dining area and has full height 2 story windows that showcase our local mountains. The fully stocked kitchen is just off the dining area.

Upstairs is the king master bedroom with full, private closet.

The back deck is perfect for grilling, relaxing in the shade on a hot summer afternoon. In the winter, just walk on the ice and try some ice fishing! The hot tub is located on the back deck.

Have a great round of ping pong with an added ping pong table in the garage!

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
