A getaway oasis is awaiting you…This two-story pristine townhouse is in the well-sought out gated community of the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort where you can take advantage of all the amenities, which include:

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse can accommodate six[6] people comfortably. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, Master has a 32" TV with cable and second bedroom has a TV / DVD with no cable, ceiling fans, dressers, and oversized closets. In the master bedroom, there is a Queen size bed and in the second bedroom there are two [2] bunk beds (No SMALL CHILDREN PERMITTED TO SLEEP IN THE TOP BUNK) and a Full size bed. Note that the weight limit for the bunks are 150 pounds. There is also a washer/dryer on the second floor. You will appreciate the open-concept main living area where you and your family play card games, watch a movie or post amazing photos using the free Wi-Fi. You will also enjoy your time preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with serving ware, cookware and utensils and the dining table is just steps away. If you are a griller, you can utilize the grill (renters are responsible for filling propane tank if needed) which is on the patio and enjoy dinner on your fully furnished patio. Pets are welcome! Dogs only [up to 50 pounds], max 2 per HOA guidelines. $30 per night. Parking passes will be given to you at the security guard shack upon entry. Assigned parking is located right at your front door.

Rented Golf Carts are not permitted inside the HOA.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and close to everything. My oldest son really liked the golf cart we rented there.

So happy you enjoyed your stay with us. Hope to see you again in the future. Over 90% of the units there don’t have golf carts as it’s a huge liability and you can rent them right outside the gate at the entrance to the beach. It’s only a five minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute drive. Thank you!!

Very clean & well equipped

Communication was great, unit was very clean and very well equipped! Can’t comment much on amenities as we spent most of our time at the beach.

Amazing!

We had a fabulous vacation. Listing was just as described and the owners communicated wonderfully. Due to my overlooking the wifi password I reached out and got a response quickly and that was the only "issue" we had the whole week. Area was amazing. Thank you for a great experience

Very good property, everything needed is there!

Property is close to the grocery, stores and the beach! All you need is included in the property like tennis racquet, beach toys, trolley and even rice cooker! Joseph was an excellent host and he will make sure everything will be “taken cared” off, for us to enjoy our vacation. Will definitely rent again in the future! A++ rating!
