Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite!

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction in this complex will begin February 22, 2023. The project is estimated to last at least until early 2024. During this time, construction noises will be audible during working hours. Some parking spaces may also be moved to temporary locations due to construction equipment. This project will be completed in phases, and vacation rentals will have inaccessible balconies while undergoing construction. During late summer/early fall, the pool will be closed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beach and Pool are great but some drawbacks

We did enjoy our stay here overall but there were some definite issues. First, the beach and pool combo was so nice! Pretty good location if you’re just interested in relaxing which we were. But the washer and dryer are shared on the floor and not in the unit. I saw washer and dryer available and assumed it was in unit. If you’re only there for a quick trip, then you’re probably fine. Also, I find it incredibly annoying that they require you to wash the beach towels even though there is no washer/ dryer. When we used the microwave, it smelled horribly of smoke/ fire so we didn’t use it again. And when we used the dishwasher it didn’t drain the water. It just pooled at the bottom. I didn’t see anyone to contact about these issues either. The shower curtain in the main bathroom also kept falling down.

Disappointed

This is our 5 time visiting Florida and this time I was very disappointed with the stay. The condo had a funky smell the whole time. If you used the microwave or opened pantry parts the smell got stronger. Went down stairs to let them know about the smell and was informed that the unit has caught on fire the 4th of July weekend. So the weird smell was still lingering. Had someone come spray but did nothing to the smell. Had to go but Lysol and candles and even then the smell was there. Had to call every time the 1800 number for any service help. The smell was just so overwhelming made your chest hurt. Towels and bed sheets all smelled like smoke slash humidity. Would never stay here again.
