The location was easy to navigate around. It is not close enough to a metro station to walk but easy park and ride stations nearby. Very easy check in, great covered parking. The space was clean with a lot of space to enjoy. If you come when it is chilly the heater is very effective in the bedrooms. The seating would be the biggest drawback. The kitchen chairs are practically unusable because of their cheap design which was a disappointment because we couldn’t eat as a family. The sofas are doable but I wouldn’t say comfortable.

Great for family stay

This apartment was ideal for our family of two grandparents, two parents and a young boy. Our grandson’s bed was even decorated for a kid and had its own children’s book section. The full kitchen had everything we needed. Great location too!

Perfect place for our stay

A friend and I were in town for a conference and the place was perfect. Obtaining the keys was an interesting but fun process. It was like a treasure hunt. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, coffee, great area. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay

This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location.

We enjoyed our time in Alexandria. We spent most of our time exploring the sites in DC. This was a great location, just a short drive to everything we wanted to see in DC. The covered parking garage was very convenient, as well as the nearby grocery store. The apartment had everything we needed. We were not able to take advantage of the pool because our days were spent out and about. Any questions we had were quickly responded to.

Lovely Duplex Apartment

Really liked the location. All of the sites we saw were less than a 30 minute drive including downtown DC. The apartment was clean and bright. Grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Had some questions regarding the check-in process and the responses were very quick and helpful. The garage parking was really appreciated. I would stay here again.

Charming and spacious

My husband, toddler, and I enjoyed our stay and felt like we had lots of space. Wish there would have been a pack and play for our baby to sleep in but it was not the end of the world. Easy access to the garage from the condo building and pretty quiet.

Having the designated parking spot was very convenient though the garage is very low and the spots are tight for any vehicle larger than a sedan (should alert renters to be aware). The listing had a washer in the amenities, however there wasn’t one and we later found out it was available on the same floor for a fee using an app which was frustrating and misleading as we had planned on this being an option for us to use. The apartment itself was very hot and the thermostats didn’t make it cooler, so we used the small fans provided. Also found it irritating that we were asked to strip the beds, do the dishes, take out the trash, and gather all the towels up when we have to pay a cleaning fee already (it’s not like we trashed the place!). Otherwise a very cute place with dishes provided (though no spatula or any spices) to cook meals, the balcony was nice, beds were comfy, lots of hot water, and very conveniently located to go into DC or Alexandria.

Vacation 2024

I used this as a stopping point on a larger road trip. The check in process seemed difficult until i read the actual instructions fully. It was a fairly large condo with a thing or 2 that may require to be fixed but definitely will be staying here again if my travels ever take me back. Very nice place overall.

The property was as described. Convenient location to shopping and Van Dorn metro station. Kitchen fully stocked. We couldn't figure out how to work the thermostats to turn the heat on when a cold front came through, but we managed.
