This historic home is located in Old Town Alexandria and within two blocks of King Street, with onsite parking for 3 cars. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, parks, and museums. The house has been modernized; the inside is comfortable and cozy. Fully furnished with amenities to make you feel right at home.

This detached historical house was built in 1870 and is updated to blend the old with the new. Old Town is known for its historic charm and art, and this home combines both. The house is conducive for groups of six, couples, and families with children over the age of ten. Two electric fireplaces provide ambiance and warmth, and the large flat-panel TV is great for movie night. For enjoyment, there are books, board games, and art supplies.

The designer kitchen is stocked with cooking tools for those who love to cook. Entertaining is a breeze; the dining room can seat up to ten people and has serving dishes.

The property was a very lovely old historic home and well maintained. It was easy walking to the Alexandria waterfront, as well as many places nearby for dining. And off street parking was a bonus! My family enjoyed it very much!

So glad we decided to stay here vs the hotel recommended by our Conference. The house was very spacious with a newer kitchen, large dining room and comfortable living room. Also, really enjoyed the location near (but not on) King Street. Host is a great communicator and accommodating. we had a wonderful time at this house and would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful home right in old town. Super convenient for walking around with lots of shops (and King St. Night life!) just steps away. Vatsana provided everything we needed and was a terrific host. Will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit!

This house fit our needs perfectly. We visiting Alexandria with one grown son specifically to see another son and his wife. It was wonderful to have someplace to crash to visit after our day's activities. Beautifully appointed with 2 bedrooms. 2baths, and comfortable beds...perfect.

This charming townhouse was perfectly located in Old Town Alexandria; great neighborhood close to excellent shopping and dining. It was perfect for me and my two friends. Would highly recommend! Although we ate our meals out, it was a well-furnished kitchen with a great coffee station. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs and updated bathrooms made everything so comfortable. Huge thanks to Vatsana for providing extensive information about the area - groceries, restaurants, sights, wine stores etc. So sorry we forgot to sign the guest book - we left fairly early this morning and it got away from us! Would definitely book again if I return to Alexandria.

This was our third stay at the home. Inside was as great as always. The drive and back parking had some snow and ice through no fault of the owner. Throughout Old Town there were similar conditions. There had been work to make some parking possible. Since the ice was so thick, that must have been extremely difficult. The owner is wonderful to deal with.
