If you are looking for a really nice place for your vacation then check out something special. My lovely home offers a newly resurfaced private pool and spa with pool rails. Enjoy a large pool deck overlooking a quiet and secluded conservation area and watch the wild life. Plenty of pool furniture and a gas grill is available. My tastefully decorated home offers comfortable accommodations for family groups.
Children's rooms are super cute. Kitchen is fully stocked with many extras most homes do not supply. The well equipped air condition game room is perfect for entertaining "kids" of all ages. Safe resort for children, walking, biking, and running. Enjoy what Emerald Island has to offer including community heated pool and spa, nature trails, tiki bar for drinks/snacks. The home is minutes away from shops, restaurants and close (five miles) to Disney World. There is an adventure playground area just opposite our home. Thank you for your feedback. Your comment regarding my home being lovely is appreciated. We had a lot of communication before and during your stay which I encourage to have a great outcome. However there was no mention of a barking dog nearby. I do not know what were the circumstances of this dogs situation but I do have ways to address nuisance noise if I were aware. It could have been another guests dog or perhaps a dog sitter not minding the dog properly. This was most unfortunate and could have prevented the negative comment. For my future guests considering booking my home please consider this situation as an unusual incident. Regards Eva

Best Place in Emerald Isle

This house is perfect. Plenty of room and all the amenities. Eva the owner has made sure your stay will be like being at home. Location is quiet with a beautiful view in the back. The house is only 15 - 20 minutes from Disney. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and helpful for any questions.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only minus was the main TV (hooked up to the internet) which sometimes lost connection interrupting our programs.

Loved our stay.

My wife and I are regular renters of this property. We thoroughly enjoy bringing our two grandchildren with us during our stays. The kids love the pool and playing in the garage play area. The home is well furnished and comfortably laid out. The location is in a gated community and close to all the attractions. The hosts are great and very accommodating. We look forward to our next return.

Initial peruse of photos, perfect 5 star reviews, and great value caused us suspicion Eva and Ralph were Russian VRBO hackers, despite Norwegian origin names. Upon arrival we realized photos were not accurate, as house is much nicer, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.As 70s couple, we used just one king bed which was very comfortable. The hot tub got to 103, and pool was 87 with heat. As with any house, especially a month stay, there were quite minor issues that arise, but addressed within 24 hours, usually far less. In 31 days walking our dogs many miles, we saw only one cigarette butt on the entire resort grounds.. Poopy bags for pets are provided free at the common areas. Someone will yet mess up their 5 star average. They have been lucky. Well over ten per cent in USA have serious mental illness, and far greater percent of the younger generations are just, well, entitled. If it occurs, ignore. The other reviews are spot on. Guests should fully support hosts that offer outstanding value like this, especially pet friendly. I could never host because I am intolerant. People..don't screw this up.

Our home base is in northern Delaware. My husband and I met in 7th grade in a small borough right outside Philadelphia. We grew up together, went our separate ways and came back together again over 20 years ago. We have had a couple moves but didn't move to far away from our roots. I retired from hospital nursing and my hubby retired from Coke Cola, bought a business then sold it. We always wanted a home in Emerald Island so during the pandemic time I managed to purchase our home. It has been a dream to fix it up and share with our bookers as well as our family. I love being a host. It gives me great joy to hear their stories and why they like our home.

We visited Emerald Island for years renting a place and dreamed of having a place of our own. It is a quaint and unique resort. Not huge like some that are noisy and to much traffic. It's a safe family oriented area.
