Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I wanted to address a few of your points directly. I wish many of these were brought up during the trip. I would have been happy to address them immediately. Coffee Pot: A brand-new coffee maker has already been placed in the property to ensure future guests have the best experience. Neighborhood: As mentioned in the listing, the home is located in an urban area of Tampa that is currently undergoing gentrification. You’ll find a mix of newly built homes and older ones in the neighborhood. Address Policy: For safety reasons and out of respect for guests who are staying before you, I do not release the exact address until the week of check-in. Prior to arrival, I provide the surrounding area and cross streets so guests have a clear sense of the location without compromising security. Beds: All of the beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses, and this is the first time I’ve received feedback regarding discomfort. I wish I had known during your stay, as I would have gladly done my best to make things more comfortable for you. Flooring: there is a few minor areas in the kitchen with small chips out due to normal wear and tear. These cause only minor visual damage and not any risk to safety or functionality. There has been no flooding in the home. I truly appreciate your input—it helps me improve the experience for future guests.
