The Queen bed sleeps up to 2, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower to warm up after playing in the ocean. Easy beach access and a great central location make it easy to explore Lincoln City, and the fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized appliances make it even easier to cook delicious meals after settling back in. The Space:
Located in the south building addition, Unit 120 is a ground floor studio condo with a cozy gas fireplace and gorgeous ocean views. The Queen bed sleeps up to 2, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower to warm up after playing in the ocean. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Loved this

Absolutely loved my stay. I had difficulty finding the unit, I stopped in at the office and had a great time and exchange with the gal behind the desk. She was funny and welcoming, and so helpful. This property is everything it says it is and more. I will come back. This was affordable, it was beautiful, it was convenient, it was everything I was looking for.

We enjoyed the accommodations and the oceanfront balcony from this room. Very relaxing and close to restaurants and shopping.
