No. 119 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo we call "Salmon Says”. Located in a south building that was added onto the property after the construction of the original building, the front door of this condo offers parking lot level access on the highway side, but guests can enjoy a breathtaking ocean and beach view from a private balcony on the ocean-side of the condo.

Salmon Says can sleep up to 2 people on a comfortable queen bed, which is adjacent to a gas fireplace so that you can enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast's days. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and there's also a loveseat for enjoying the view through a wall of windows.

Salmon Says also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.
