Great condo…. EVERYTHING NEW… appliances/pots/pans/floors/furniture. Right by the pool and 100 feet to the beach. Well equipped, great location, all the amenities and well maintained property

We had a lovely stay. We actually met the owners upon arrival. Such a sweet couple and a lovely group of friends that also stay at the property. Newly updated unit right next to the pool. Spent lots of time both at the beach (steps away) and the pool. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of pool towels provided and had two beach chairs available. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to AMI.

Everything about the property was perfect. The pictures I don’t think accurately explain just how close you are to the beach. The street is a dead end with a sand path to the water. The beach is right there and so is the pool. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Very quiet and safe feeling, hardly even saw other people except out on the beach, pool was typically unoccupied. We rented a golf cart and also had a car but you only get 1 parking spot, it was fine though we were able to pull the car up far enough to squeeze in behind it if there wasn’t other space on the street. Fully functioning fridge with ice and water so didn’t need to worry about that. Zero complaints and would 100% recommend this place to anyone going to AMI. The proximity to the beach and pool right out your window and being on the ground floor was just so convenient with a toddler especially. The entire island just felt very relaxed and safe. A feeling you truly can’t beat.

Cocoanuts 101

There were a lot of people in the pool from properties across the street. They were playing music loud and after 10 pm. Someone parked their truck on the street with a hitch sticking out into my parking space. I could barely get into my assigned my parking space. The condo was perfect for me, but I won't return in the summer.

Hello Marie, I am so sorry about that inconvenience we love the Island to be a safe, comforting, relaxing place. Where you stayed is a condo and there are rules to put in place to protect the guest and assure you have a good time. If you would have called our office we would have loved to gotten that issue squared away and reiterate the policy with other guests. We want our guest to ALWAYS feel comfortable under our care and in our rentals. We handle all calls including maintenance and issues as such and do what we can. I hope this helps and if you stay on the island again we'd love to have you again, keep us in mind. -Island Real Vacations

The location of this condo is super. Steps to the pool and a few more to the beach. The space is laid out nicely and everything was nice and comfortable. Perfect for two people or family with small children. Condo is in a good location of the island, middle gulf side. Convenient to stores and restaurants.
