Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and gulf breezes with a coffee in hand. Literally within steps you will be able to sink your toes into the sugary sands of the Gulf and watch the dolphins splash in the water at sunset. This is the perfect island getaway destination! Walk to nearby local shops and restaurants on Bridge Street and enjoy the Beach Café for breakfast, lunch and dinner located right next door! Condo is located on 2nd level, and the complex does not have an elevator.

A Beach Dream #5 is a beautiful 1 bedroom; 1 bathroom condo located on the glistening Gulf of Bradenton Beach. This hidden gem is the most ideal vacation rental for two people that you can call home while here. Step inside with a modern style kitchen nestled next to the living space that features a mounted flat panel tv for relaxation after a full day of sun. Barstools along the fresh new quartz counter tops for easy morning breakfasts and stainless-steel appliances with coastal cabinetry give a modern flow to the space. The bedroom boasts a new king size bed, large flat screen TV and the bathroom has a brand new updated modern and convenient walk-in shower.

Need a break from the beach? Then hop on the island trolley and cruise on down to the North End or cast a line on the Bradenton Beach Pier. Rent a golf cart, grab a gourmet doughnut and coffee, pick up some timeless treasures at a local boutique, and live the island lifestyle on your well-deserved beach getaway. Come and experience “A Beach Dream #5!”

There is Only One parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is Not a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use. Beach House association offers lounge chairs for guest use. They need to be returned to their storage location after each use. We only provide a starter set of paper products and soaps.

Check in is 4P. Check out is 10A.

Note: IF the unit is available for an earlier check in or a later check out, And it has been preapproved in writing with the property manager, there is a fee. Up to 2 hours additional hours are $50 plus tax. Up to 4 hours additional $100 plus tax. Anything more than 4 hours, IF available And approved is an additional day's rental rate, plus tax.

NotE: IF This Condo (Beach Dream 5) IS Booked Your Dates OR IF You Would Like Two Units Next Door TO Each Other, Please Look AT Beach Dream 4. They Are Decorated Exactly The Same. Beach Dream 4 Has Partial Views Due TO Stairs.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

The complex has laundry available in the breezeway for guest use.
