The Space:

This picture-perfect 3-bedroom cabin is everything you’d want in a nature-immersed getaway. Floor to ceiling wood panels accented by rustic chic décor combine to create welcoming spaces that will immediately put you in a relaxed state. Just a few days in and we already know you’ll be booking your next trip! Advantageously located within minutes of the area’s biggest attractions, you’re surrounded by an abundance of things to see and do. The city of Blue Ridge and Blue Ridge Lake, both popular tourist destinations, are just 6 miles to the south. You can book a horseback ride on the Appalachian Trail or spend a day kayaking and tubing along the Toccoa River. Local orchards and wineries provide a serene backdrop for a leisurely afternoon, or you can seek out one of 5 scenic waterfalls for the perfect photo op. You don’t have to travel far from the home for spectacular views, however, as the wraparound deck gives you panoramic views of the lush landscape and mountainous peaks all day long. Lounge in the outdoor furniture with a good book or even plan a meal al fresco and let the cleansing fresh air wash all your cares away. In the evening, the lower-level hot tub is calling to you to enjoy a relaxing soak after a long day filled with adventure.



Stepping indoors, the main level’s great room is a stunning sight to behold, with soaring ceilings and large picture windows flooding the room with natural light. Your eyes will be drawn to the stone-accented gas fireplace, and it’s easy to picture yourself curled up on the sofa with a warm fire creating the perfect ambiance for streaming a movie on the smart TV. The home perfectly balances cool and warm décor to create an environment steeped in comfort. Steps away, the spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare convenient meals at home, stocked with cookware, dining ware, and a combined drip and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your well-earned meals at the chic dining room table with seating for 6.



Heading down to the lower level, kids and inner kids alike will delight in finding a game room equipped with foosball table, regulation-size ping pong table, dart board, cornhole boards, and assorted board games for enjoying countless hours of competitive fun.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a full size sleeper sofa in the game room, and 2 queen beds in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and access onto the deck.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony with lounge seating, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed.



The home also includes two additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

• Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 Dogs, totaling 50 lbs or less between the two, or cats. An additional daily Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per night will be included upon booking. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• Please note that this home is on a bumpy gravel road. Please drive slowly and use caution. The community is in the process of having it regraded and graveled.

Lush forests, flowing rivers, hidden waterfalls, and endless adventures await you and your family. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and rivers to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the fresh mountain air and breathtaking scenery. Check out the local guided hikes such as the Blue Ridge Adventure Park and Zipline Canopy Tours. Or enjoy nature’s waterparks by way of tubing, kayaking, fishing, and rafting.



Whippoorwill Walkabout is just minutes from the shores of Blue Ridge Lake, as well as the town centers of both Blue Ridge and Morgantown with galleries, antique shops, restaurants, marinas, and more! The surrounding areas have unique attractions such as Mercier Orchards, the largest apple orchard in the southeast. Here you can pick your own fruit, enjoy goodies from the bakery, grab a bite to eat at Candy Kitchen, and/or indulge in some Hard Apple Cider and wine made from fruits that they harvest. For those who want to be one with nature, Blue Ridge has hiking trails for both all day hikes, and quick hikes.



Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.



Unlike other companies that may charge upwards of $50 for a hot tub cleaning fee, we pride ourselves on transparency and affordability, only adding a $15 charge into our cleaning fee. This nominal fee covers the costs of chemicals, as well as the time and labor invested by our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure a clean and relaxing hot tub experience for every guest. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we trust you'll appreciate the care and attention we put into maintaining our facilities.



Our Basic Provisions:

Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.



In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.



Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be, management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs or cats, with an additional Pet Fee of $25.00 per pet, per night. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing pets, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
