The full kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for home-cooking convenience, and there's seating for all between the two-seater breakfast bar and dining table for six. Cute but needs some repairs

It was close enough to the beach to walk. Upstairs bed was comfy. Remove the motion sensor in the upstairs bathroom it's loud.

Great location, needs some TLC

Love the location and the setups with beds/baths-very roomy. However, for the price, I expected cleaner carpet, linens in better shape and enough silverware, glassware to last through a day for all guests. If we had been relying on the grill or kitchen, I would have been really disappointed, but fine if you're eating out or spread out with other families in additional houses in the neighborhood. It worked for us though and nice to have our dog with us.

Lovely location and lots of room

The location is wonderful. Quiet, close to one of the nicest beaches ...had a great time. The house itself was clean, very nice kitchen and clean bathrooms. , The exceptions~not a good house for senior citizens. No handrails on deck or back porch, to take a shower, it is VERY high tub to get in and no hand holds anywhere so not easy or safe for us. Though house is clean, it does need some updates as far as bed and bedding.

Overall, our stay was okay - not great but not bad. I’ll give a detailed review below. Cons: The carpet is very ripped and stained, the house was not very well cleaned (appliances and floors were visibly dirty), the bed frame in the master bedroom was VERY noisy (every movement made noise), don’t plan to use the grill unless you bring your own propane tank and the living room had a very gross smell. There wasn’t much of anything nearby so expect to drive 15-20 mins for anything (not a huge con but more of a con than pro). In the back area, we thought the blue targets may have been axe throwing but it’s not. Pros: The mattresses were comfortable (very soft mattresses - so depends on your preference), plenty of towels, blankets and pillows, the kitchen was equipped with the necessary essentials for cooking meals, the outdoor area with the fire pit was nice and peaceful, the ocean was right down the road, and check in/check out was easy. I also liked the little kit they leave for you, which has a brand new sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent (small pack) and dishwasher detergent.

Quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach

We had a very relaxing vacation with our son, daughter in law and their new baby. We walked along the beach every morning and cooked most meals at the house. We would definitely stay their again.

Short Family Vacation

This property is on a dead end street which means no through traffic, very quiet. A 15 minute walk to the beach. If you want to go Crabbing, we suggest Kelly's Brighton Marina. It's a 5 minute drive or less into town. Grumpy's is a great breakfast place. Lot's of places to go but so little time. Comfortable Living

The over all stay was good, there were a few issues: Broken chair in the closet, two broken chairs at the table, two huge tears in the carpet in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the pullout in the couch was dirty and I had wash it. The fans were so caked with dust that we couldn’t use them. For the most part it was ok.

Great house

This house was great. It was very clean. The fire pit was nice to have and they also provided some fire wood. The kitchen was well stocked. The only complaint would be that the heat did not seem to be working in the living room kitchen area so I was a bit cold until we started cooking. There was a decorative heater that helped a bit. We would definitely stay here again.

Just letting the host know some things that I would want to know if it was my house

We enjoyed our stay I txt some items that need to be addressed, there’s a light out in the master bathroom and the shower door is off the top roller, there’s mold in the upstairs shower, I was going to use one of the chairs in the closet but it has a broken leg and I have a glass top stove that one has not had the proper cleaner used on it so it is not in great shape and the upper left corner is broken and the under counter lights don’t work . The house has not been treated with care

Nice looking property....wish we could have stayed there!!!

Property a bit off the beaten path in Rockaway Beach. Looks nice from what we could tell in the dark. When we arrived there was no power and the house was dark and cold. Could not get ANY response from the owner (Vacasa) except "be patient". Finally had to go to a motel. Next day was told no refund by Vacasa. Vrbo seemed sympathetic but I have not had any response from them since receiving a "case number". Past Vrbo rental was outstanding....well see how this one ends.

Perfect home for the grown family.

This little 2 bedroom 2.5 bath number was absolutely charming and perfect. I took my folks here for a small weekend getaway, and they loved it. The three of us fit quite comfortably here. The house was pristinely clean, no off smells about it whatsoever, which included the bathrooms. Plenty of linens. The beds were clean and comfortable (if you enjoy quality soft beds). The kitchen was perfect, and has quite a bit more than your usual rental by way of cooking equipment. WiFi was superbly fast running at 400/100 for us the entire time. TV’s in every room, with role players attached, very convenient. Beautiful backyard and plenty of wood provided for a nice fire pit. I say “grown family” but I don’t have children so I can’t attest to how quality this house would be for a young family - but I imagine it would be plenty good. This house is off the beaten path down a dead end at the very end of the neighborhood. That makes for excellent privacy. But this neighborhood in general is exception, and I’ve stayed in this neighborhood in various rentals nearly a dozen times. And I will again. And this house is definitely “rent again” in my book!

Great house and location, housekeeper should be fired!

Great house and location! When we arrived we were immediately excited by the overall appearance of the house, the layout. The general condition seemed good, if not great. After about an hour I started unpacking and grabbed my pillow, set it on the bed, and noticed the pillow looked a bit dirty (hair). I decided to pull back the covers, which I don't usually do, but thought the pillow looked weird. The inside of the bed was covered in human hairs. Gross. We immediately stripped the sheets and tossed them in the washer. No go. The washer wouldn't start!! Hmmmmm..... My husband got right on pulling panels off and seeing if he could fix it with his multi-tool. While he did that, i started wondering if the other sheets were clean. Nope!! The housekeeper clearly had perfectly made the beds, throw pillows and all, with dirty (very hairy) sheets. I'm no Karen folks, this was real bad!! We soon realized the towels had also been hung back up and there was one kitchen towel left in the kitchen. The towels were damp and dirty. One even had what appeared to be blood on it. I contacted Vacasa and got a bot, who said I should take pictures, which I did. I mentioned the washer and it told me to take pictures of that too. I finally called a number and got a call center. She said she would let the local management team know. My husband got the washer fixed and we got all the sheets washed by 11 pm. In the meantime, we looked at the blankets (already grossed out) and he offered to go to
