Stay was good overall. For some reason the neighbors kept opening the fence gate to see if anyone was using the pool, appeared they were accustomed to using the pool if people were not there. Seemed to keep checking frequently to see if anyone was there. T.V options were extremely limited, basically the local channels and a few others. The grass was extremely high and had not been mowed in at least a month. We had a smaller dog the grass was completely over the dog and would be above the knee in spots to a shorter human. The grass has some type of weed that has little sticker type things that would get stuck on the hair of the dog and were difficult to remove. The amount of toilet paper was insufficient. Had to go buy toilet paper just make it through a 3 night stay. The cleaning fee is much too high given the size of the house. Pool is very nice and the best part of the place. The hammock is nice. Very relaxing. Couches and furniture are good. The king size mattress has some stains on the box springs. Little bit concerning but not on the main mattress. Able to overlook small inconveniences for an overall pretty good stay

Family stay for house hunting

We are a family of 4 and we stayed in this home as a base for a house hunting trip. This house is centrally located, which was nice. The neighborhood is quiet, too. The house only has one truly operable television which is located in the living room. However, there were so few channels available, it really wasn’t useful. There is a tv in one bedroom (not the master) but its display is awful and there is no cable box. There is one tv in the office but you’d better bring a Roku for it too. The living room furniture was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked well. We didn’t have an opportunity to cook any meals but there seemed to be adequate utensils if we had needed them. The laundry room has nice appliances, but we had to buy detergent to wash the sheets again. Don’t get me wrong—they were clean when we arrived—but the detergent the cleaning company used is so strong it permeated the entire house and some in our family are allergic to strong detergents. We had to rewash them. We would like to suggest that the owners supply a notebook of sorts with general information about the house and the surrounding area. Include the info about the pool, check out process, garbage pick up day, etc. Maybe suggestions and descriptions of nearby activities, beaches, restaurants, etc could be included. That information would be extremely useful for out of towners like us. Our real estate agent was able to help us with ideas but a book would be great. Overall we enjoyed the house.

What a perfect stay

This has to be one of my favorite VRBO rentals ever. I stayed in this home for 3 months while I was helping people in SW Florida after Hurricane Ian (I work for a contracting company). This was my home, it felt like home. The house is so warm and inviting, the pool area is beautiful and the office space was PERFECT. The property manager was more than helpful finding a cleaning service and anything else that I needed. This is definitely a 5* stay. I could not recommend this property any higher.

Just what I needed

I am on the west coast working for a contracting company to help rebuild from Hurricane Ian. This is the perfect set up. Clean, comfortable and the office space is AMAZING. Central to restaurants and shopping. I could not have asked for a more perfect space. The property manager is on top of everything and I am hoping I can re-book after the holidays. Best rental experience I have ever had!
