With an extra lot in the backyard for privacy, this home offers plenty of space for everyone to relax - especially if you're up for a dip in the private pool! You'll be protected by the lanai, so there's no need to worry about the weather. Fire up the private gas grill and enjoy a true vacation barbecue. The indoor full kitchen features an extra-long breakfast bar for serving or assembling grab-and-go dishes. The entire interior is well spaced, cooled by central air conditioning throughout. Each bedroom has a curated design, and the main bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom. The laundry room, in addition to a private washer/dryer, features a deep sink so you can wash bathing suits by hand. Need to finish remote work? A desk workspace is all set up for you. Downtown Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda are close by, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. There's so much fun to be had at this home!

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: One Ring doorbell security camera is installed on the front door, but it is currently not in use.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
