A colorful Catskills escape for groups of up to 18! Norsdale is comprised of two buildings - a modern 5 bedroom 2 bath home and a colorful 4 unit CMYK motel. The entire property is yours! We sit on 10 stunning acres at the base of a mountain in the wilderness, just up the road from charming downtown Phoenicia.

Norsdale is packed with little luxuries including Brooklinen bedding, Malin+Goetz Soaps, Nespresso and Boxed Water.

The outdoor space features a wooden deck w/ a dining table, chairs, hot tub and fire pit.

We are happy to help make your experience unforgettable by providing fantastic private chefs for meals or cooking classes, in home yoga classes, near by hikes and watering holes, and of course the best dining recommendations for the area!

The space
The Home - The first floor comprises kitchen, dining room, living room, one bathroom and bar room. The second floor includes all five bedrooms and second bathroom with bathtub. The basement is accessible and includes a ping pong table, and a second fridge. Driveway has lots of parking, the garage is not accessible. There is easy access to the main Road.

The Motel - Each of the 4 rooms is designed floor to ceiling in one color and includes a skylight, king bed, sitting area, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The Property Outside - Set on 10 beautiful acres at the base of the mountains enjoy our back deck complete with outdoor dining, a grill and hot tub! In the yard we have a fire pit. We also have many outdoor games for you enjoyment.

The Property Inside - We have all modern technologies: smart locks for keyless entry, thermostat-controlled heating and AC units for the summer, Google Home speakers, Strong Internet, TVs equipped with Samsung TV, Smart TV's, and Roku.

We take comfort very seriously! The bedding is from Brooklinen, our bathrooms are filled with Malin+Goetz products, water from Boxed Water and coffee and espresso from Nespresso.

Guest access
The entire home and C M Y K motel is yours and accessible via digital locks. The home and motel have separate driveways and parking for up to 4 cars each. Norsdale is conveniently located just off Route 28, minutes from all the best ski slopes, hiking trails and restaurants around!

Other things to note
The home has upgraded internet service, a Deco mesh wifi system, with two repeaters extending the signal throughout both floors and basement. The system supports work-from-home setups for all occupants and many connected devices. There are outdoor cameras facing the parking lots and backyard for security purposes.
