Wake up in this private tranquil retreat. The cozy, 2 bed 1 bath mid-century modern cottage is located on over two acres of land boasting a back deck, lovely ridge views, a lawn, and woods for a great place to enjoy the outdoors.

Olive Star Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, stocked with all the essentials, new stainless appliances and sliding doors out onto the deck.

The living room has been outfitted with mid-century modern furniture and the comfortable couch is perfect for movie watching in front of the gas fire.

There is also outdoor seating, hammock, umbrellas, a fire pit and a grill for use in warmer weather.

The house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and a ceramic tile bathroom - linens and towels are provided in addition to basic toiletries. A Marshall speaker & wireless internet access provide the entertainment.

Guests have access to the ground floor of the property (the upstairs space is not available for guests) and the expansive lawn. Dogs are welcome . A one time pet fee of $40 applies.

The house is a five minute drive from the beautiful Ashokan Reservoir and a close drive to hiking trails, watering holes, and apple picking. The wonderful restaurants located in Stone Ridge, High Falls, and Woodstock are also just 20 minutes away.
