A This light and airy 1,377 sf, 3 floor townhome is mere steps to private beach access offering beach days, fishing, bonfires and unforgettable sunsets. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, and it had the basics. I was thankful for the air fryer. The owners were quick to communicate. We would love to stay here again some day. Thank you.

Nice relaxing week in a nice condo neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. So were bathrooms and laundry room.

Convenient and comfy

The property is located in a gated community just outside the gates of St Joseph Pennisula State Park. There is a playground just around the corner from the unit and two pools (one located just outside the condo and one beachside) and a pickle ball court. Beach access is just through the complex via a walking path. Perfect place for families!! Check in was seamless. Owner was easy to communicate with if we had any issues or questions. Beds were super comfy. Showers were great water pressure which was relaxing after a long day at the beach. A soaker tub is located in the master bath. We didn’t use the deck areas while we were there but there were several areas to sit outside if you wanted. As with all the condos in this complex, they are a bit older. But, other than needing some usual updating on older homes the place was nice and just what we needed. There are two flights of stairs, one to the main living area and one to the master suite. So, if you are limited to climbing I’d stay elsewhere. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and were pleased with the condo and the price we paid for the rental!

Boujee Beach lives up to the name!

We had a great time! The house was perfect, it was very clean when we arrived, the towels were fluffy, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts are very communicative and made sure that we were able to check in and had anything we might need. The beach was beautiful. So many amenities were provided that we couldn’t even take advantage of all of them but the ones we did use were fantastic. My daughters loved borrowing the boogie boards for example. We very much enjoyed the area and plan to return in the future. If we were able to rent this property it would be our first choice.

We fell in love with the pristine beaches here on Cape San Blas, the wild nature of the area, and the charming historic southern town feel of Port St. Joe. So we thought we'd buy a place and share the wonderful location with others!

We've stayed at many short term rentals and hotels national and international ranging from no-frills family run to five star and feel like we understand what it takes to give a guest a memorable and worry-free experience.
