Kitchen: All electric appliances. Your choice of drip coffee maker or Keurig. Dishware/flatware, pots/pans, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, countertop mixer, slow cooker, waffle maker, sandwich press, immersion blender, ice maker and spices.
Dining: The dining table seats 6. The breakfast bar seats 3.

Outdoor: Gas grill, deck chairs, outdoor dining table, storage closet with odds & ends for the beach, and outdoor shower. Beach/fishing cart is available for your use in the outdoor storage closet.
Community: 3 private beach access points, two pools (one heated in Fall and Spring), tennis, playground, stocked fishing ponds and gazebo. There is community boat/trailer parking on a first come, first serve basis in a gravel lot on the edge of the property. The community’s streets welcome bicycles and golf carts. There are numerous walking paths that meander through the complex.
Location: The home is located inside the Barrier Dunes gated community. It's adjacent to the playground, 1-2 minutes to the closest pool and tennis courts, 4 minutes to the main pool and beach access. No busy highways, all flat paths and community streets.
The Area: The Cape has a bicycle path that parallels the main road running the entire length of the cape. Many people park their cars and rent bicycles and golf carts to travel the cape. Adjacent to Barrier Dunes is St. Joseph Peninsula State Park where many come to go shelling, snorkeling, view wildlife, boating, paddling in the bay, and fishing. The nearby historic town of Port St. Joe has a bounty of shops and restaurants, parks, and an old lighthouse that gives breathtaking 360 degree views from its top deck.

Note: The home is kid friendly (across from the playground!) but due to the age of the unit, steps/railings could pose a hazard for kids who like to climb.
