Why stay in a cramped hotel room when your family can enjoy this 3-bedroom home with ample sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, and covered front porch with a porch swing! Located between Cranberry Twp and Wexford, you are close to restaurants, stores, and parks. 25 minutes north of Pittsburgh and 25 minutes south of Moraine State Park. Right down the road is the popular Jergel's Rhythm Grille where you can enjoy live music.

You will have this entire three-bedroom home to yourself, with off-street parking in the driveway. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, slow cooker, and all pots/pans, dishes, etc. required for full meal preparation. If you find we are missing something, just ask! and we can provide it right away, within reason. You will be able to check in on your own with a keypad, so you can come and go according to what works with your schedule. There is one bedroom on the main level with a queen-sized bed and a desk if you need to work. Two bedrooms are upstairs - one with a king bed and futon and one with a full-sized bed with a twin-sized trundle. Also available for sleeping are an inflatable queen mattress, a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, and we provide a pack-n-play (with mattress) for your baby/toddler.

A washer/dryer combination unit is available for your use in the main-floor bedroom, and there is laundry detergent provided.

We know pets are part of the family too, so we are a dog-friendly home. Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog, and include them in your reservation. There is a small backyard and larger side yard, none of which is fenced, so leashes for dogs are advised. We have a small selection of games, and we also provide some toys and books for the kiddos.

There is a fire pit to enjoy. We do provide firewood; however, it is kept outside, so we cannot guarantee dryness. Out front is a large, covered porch with a porch swing and table seating for two.

This home is close to everything! Multiple grocery stores (Giant Eagle, Aldi, Walmart, Whole Foods) are minutes away, and if you have forgotten something, both Target and Walmart are only a short drive. There are many amazing places to eat within close proximity. The popular Jergel's Rhythm Grille is less than a mile down the road and has live music regularly. Many local parks are within a few miles of the house, including Warrendale Park (which is less than a mile away), North Park (has a dog park), Graham Park, Cranberry Township Community Park (has a dog park), North Boundary Park (has a pool), and Pine Community Park (has a splash pad). A little further away (24 miles) is Moraine State Park, where you can hike, bike ride, go to the beach on Lake Arthur, picnic, and more. McConnells Mill State Park is also about 24 miles away.
If you prefer city life, downtown Pittsburgh is about a 25-minute drive straight down I-79 and I-279.
