Welcome to our beautiful renovated home in Mt Washington! A short stroll to the end of street and you can try some of Pittsburgh’s most well known restaurants, take in the ICONIC panoramic view of our 3 rivers and skyline, or take a ride on our unique mountain inclines. Exploring the rest of the city is just as easy with the Stadiums, Downtown, Arena, and numerous colleges just a few minutes away!

When you see a photo of Pittsburgh’s spectacular skyline, or views of the convergence of our 3 rivers, or photos of our North Shore and stadiums.... That photo was probably from Mt Washington. Its most known for the views but there are plenty of places along Grandview Ave for a top notch dining experience. When the sun sets, there are also some great local bars and taverns like Coughlin's Law Kitchen and Ale House and Bigham Tavern.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyfts are readily available if one does not bring a car!

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?

We hosted thousands of guests across 10 states, with an average rating of 4.6 stars.

We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.

We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.

HOUSE RULES

Must be 25+ to book
$500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).
$350 for lockout fee
By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.
$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules.
RING CAMERA on exterior of property by entrance door. Do not block camera. This camera does record motion and is for safety purposes. Blocking of the camera will lead to automatic eviction, fine of $500 minimum and NO refund. Please do NOT block.

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
