Main Floor:
The main level is warm and inviting, featuring a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and a large TV. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area includes a counter-height table for 7, ideal for family meals. This floor also has a spacious king bedroom with a TV and an electric fireplace, as well as a full bathroom. Step out onto the wraparound porch to enjoy your morning coffee with stunning mountain views.

Upper Level:
The open loft upstairs offers a dedicated work desk, family-friendly board games, and a poker table for fun nights in. A full-sized sleeper sofa adds flexibility for sleeping arrangements. The upper-level bedroom includes a king bed, a cozy reading nook, and a private TV, complemented by a full bathroom on the same floor.

Basement Level:
The basement is your go-to entertainment hub, boasting a large game room with a 7' pool table, skee-ball, digital pinball, two arcade machines, and a Bluetooth-enabled jukebox. There’s also bar-height seating for hanging out and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The basement bedroom features a queen bed with a TV.
