Relax with the whole family at this gorgeous piece of paradise. The Florida Dream has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds available and 2 full bathrooms. The pool is south facing and ready for you to soak in the sun all day. A shaded area is available on the patio for dining and socializing in the beautiful Florida weather. Clean, relaxing, stylish home with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children.

Relax in this quiet, clean, and serene Cape Coral home featuring an open floor plan. Sliding glass pocket doors open the living room and dining room to the private salt water pool with screened in lanai. Think silky soft water, not like the ocean. Much healthier for hair and skin and provides the same sanitary benefit of a chlorine pool. Studies also show a salt water pool helps to relieve everyday aches and pains. Pool heat is available November to March for a fee of $25/day or $100 week.

The Florida Dream has a game room with ping pong, air hockey, an electronic darts game board and an arcade machine containing over 2,000 games. The owner’s suite features a king bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed. Bedroom 3 features a full over full bunk bed with pullout twin bed trundle. Bedroom 2 and 3 share one wing of the house with a full bathroom. The owner’s suite is connected to the primary bathroom with shower and separate bathroom area. The owner’s suite walk-in closet features a glam make-up station or multi-purpose desk space for travelers working or schooling remotely. Additional sleeping space available on the full-size sofa sleeper pop-up trundle (sleeps 2).

A 6 foot privacy fence surrounds the backyard and there is an empty lot next to us. The backyard features a pergola with fire pit and seating for 4 as well as a hammock for a heavenly afternoon nap, or a night of star gazing.

Everything you need is available at this property. All dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, seasonings, coffee, and other daily linens and supplies provided. The home is child-friendly and includes a stroller, Pack-n Play, and high-chair, as well as infant life vests (for up to age 5 approx.). Use the outdoor kitchen to BBQ a meal, enjoy a glass of wine, relax by the pool or have the kids play in the pool(toys/floaties also provided). Pool alarms installed on each door and can be activated or deactivated. Two adult and two children bicycles available for use. Family board games and corn hole available as well.

Travel to a nearby beautiful beach. We suggest Siesta Key or Fort Myers Beach. Or grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner at one of the many delicious restaurants in the area. There is great fishing nearby, golf, or stay in and enjoy morning yoga or weight training by the pool. Or use the outdoor shower to enjoy a relaxing water massage under the moonlight.

Ring cameras are installed externally on the property to monitor when vacant. The only active camera to hosts during your stay is located at the front door, which is not regularly monitored, only somteimes viewed at check-in. You are able to view all ring cameras from our Echo Show device during your stay.
