Sapphire by the Sea Unit 5 King Studio King Bed, walk to the beach

Our King hotel-style studio offers affordable and cozy coastal-themed accommodation with a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, drinkware and silverware. This unit does not have a full kitchen (stove and full size fridge) as it is the economically priced unit. It also has a comfortable King size mattress, smart TV and free Wi-Fi. A private bathroom and large closet also come with the room. We recommend this studio for short stays and budget-conscious solo travelers or couples. The communal deck is available for meals and poolside relaxation.

Your private unit is located just 2 blocks away from the beautiful, quiet white sand beaches of Lauderdale by the sea. We are only a short stroll to Lauderdale by the Sea pier and downtown where you can always find an awesome vibe, live music, and plenty of tasty food.

You have full access to our pool, courtyard, grill and lounge chairs.

Unfortunately, we are not a pet friendly property. We love our furry friends but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied with a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Animals whose sole purpose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM (No Loud noise or music)

We service our units in the Apartment-Style Model. We do not offer regular hotel amenities and do not offer traditional housekeeping services. We set up our units with all the essentials for our guests to start their stay. As products are needed our guests replenish from local markets. Extra cleaning services are available at a surcharge.

Because of South Florida's tropical climate we perform monthly fumigation services once a month during the 3rd week on Tuesday with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units in order to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked and as a precautionary measure we recommend maintaining them closed if not screened, along with keeping doors closed to decrease chances of outsider insects from accessing units.

No Smoking on premises (smoking on site will be subject to a $250 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment)

The host reserves the right to enter the unit for emergencies and service orders with previous notice to the guests.

The pool is open from 8am to 10pm.
