This amazing mansion is Located only 8 miles to Disney and within a short drive to Universal, Disney Springs and many local beaches, this gated resort community is in the center of it all. An extensive amenity complex is the heart of Windsor Resort and includes luxuries to satisfy every member of your family, including a splash park, teen hangout and bar.

This house is located at a resort with a lot of amazing things to do! The house is HUGE and comfortable! We have a really good WiFi and also our pool is amazing! For sure It is the best place to stay with family and friends.

This is the best Home resort in the whole area. Windsor at Westside is the best option for your vacation.

We are only few minutes from the Disney area, and a short drive from Universal, Also it is close to US 192 that there are so many good staffs to do.

This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of paper products and soap is provided. Guests will purchase any additional items for their use during their stay.

Our Guests have full access to the house and also to the Water Park for free.

Windsor at Westside is a very desirable resort community and is just minutes from the front gate of Disney Worlds. Features at Windsor at Westside include: 24/7 gate guard, Olympic-size indoor heated pool, gym, games room, tennis court, volleyball, internet cafe and 60-seat cinema. Convenient to I-4, the new 429, shopping, golf and restaurants. Their friends and family were impressed by the relaxed atmosphere in the community.

Please note: RV or RV parking is prohibited at the resort.
It is required by the resort that we identify all drivers and vehicles entering the resort and announce them for gate access. Please be prepared to provide the names and identification numbers of all vehicles so that we can load this information into the software prior to your arrival. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOU NOT ACCESSING THE RESORT AND DELAYING ACCESS TO YOUR VACATION HOME.

ABOUT THE CONDOMINIUM:
The Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area, with easy access to Orlando's theme parks, restaurants and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, the Windsor at Westside offers resort amenities like a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, huge pool with waterslide and tiki bar. You'll also find a fitness center, volleyball court, sundry shop and arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer, such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attractions such as I-Drive, City Walk and Disney Springs; Shopping like The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sporting events include Orlando City football and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour's drive away, you'll find some of Florida's favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach.

- Vacation rental communities DO NOT allow roadside parking
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, automobiles and boats ARE PROHIBITED.
- Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted unless they are legal and registered as other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in a garage (not permitted if your home has a garage converted into a games room, moving games are prohibited, subject to a fine).
- Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to immediate towing and we are not responsible for this.
- Electric Cars: Charging vehicles at home is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine per charge, plus electricity costs.
- Any of our rules that are violated will be subject to a $500 fine.

We do not allow extra guests. Everyone must be informed on the platform, both adults and children.
