The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
•Load and start the dishwasher
•Gather used towels
•Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
•Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
•Start a load of towels and leave beds turned down. •Brush off grill
•Make sure all fires are extinguished
•Put outdoor equipment and furniture back in original place.
•Take excess trash to the convenience center located outside the main entrance gate, turn right and it is on the left. Please check hours, it is closed on Sundays.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely No smoking, no pets, no groups over 10, no events/gatherings. Do not leave trash outside containers/remove excess trash.
