STAIRS: This is a two story penthouse condo with three flights of stairs to navigate to reach the home. There is not an elevator onsite. There is one flight of stairs to get to the front door of the condo. Once inside, there is another flight of stairs to get to the main floor. The main floor of the penthouse is technically located on the 3rd story of the building. The second floor of the penthouse is accessed by another flight of stairs, and is technically the 4th story of the building. Please keep this in mind for your group when reserving this home.

Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc).
