This was our second stay at this property and definitely won’t be the last. You can’t beat the location and the property itself is perfect. Clean, convenient, and charming. The apartment is equipped with anything you might need during your stay, like toiletries, snacks and several board games. We absolutely love this place!!

Great location for a quick trip to Knoxville. Hosts were responsive and communicated when needed. Two bedrooms and living areas perfect for two couples to for a short getaway. Walkable to many restaurants, shopping, and bars.

Came up for Vols game versus Furman (Fri-Sun). 30 minute walk to stadium. DORA drinks in the square were great city addition. Many restaurant choices. It is noisy outside till wee hours so heed that part of the description. Parking garage close by and we walked everywhere during our stay.

Everything was as expected…great location.. Close to plenty of choices for food and beverages..comfortable beds.The “street” noise of a couple of cars /motorcycles was a bit excessive. But that can’t be controlled by host..and was also a warning on listing.Overall great place..!

Incredibly clean and provided all needed necessities. We had to extend a day after booking which turned into a very smooth process with the owner. Very grateful for the last minute change! Great location as well. There was so much to do and all within walking distance!

An amazing stay! Close to lots of entertainment and restaurants. We had Jazz on Market Square a right out the window.We stayed in the Garden themed apartment and loved it! Clean space, pet friendly, and great host response! 10/10 would definitely do again!

So pleased with this property! Bedrooms are far enough from each other to offer privacy. Lots of comfort touches all around. Felt more like staying at a friend's house than a stranger's. Super clean. Amazing location with walking access to soooo many things. Earplugs appreciated, due to life on the street/square below. But everything else is totally worth the trade off.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. I appreciated the thoughtful details such as games, snacks, and extra blankets. The stay was comfortable and exactly as described. Please note that this area can be loud in the evenings; and we knew that booking the unit. I am looking to stay again in the fall because the check in process was seamless and the stay was cozy! I highly recommend.

Being right on the Square where many things happen can be both a blessing or a curse, depending on what you are looking for. We do try to help cancel the noise, but we arent always able.
