Beachside of the road! No need to cross traffic. 1st floor of raised condo complex! Simply walk out the condo door, and down elevator (or take the stairs), straight to the beach or pool. You could also just relax inside and enjoy the 65 inch TV. Enjoy free WiFi. The kitchen has stainless kitchen appliances and all the items needed to help cook your meals. A slice of paradise awaits you at this beautiful beach side cozy condo. Our condo spaces invite you to grill & chill in public area by the pool, and of course feast your senses on the cool breezes, warm gulf waters, and sugar-white sand between your toes. Convenient restrooms in outside area near pool and steps from the beach (so no need to run back to condo for a bathroom break). You will also find an open shower to rinse of beach/pool items easily. This condo offers a first floor balcony indirect view (called a peak-a-boo view) of the beach which is just a few steps away. There is also a fresh seafood market across the street to grab and go! The condo is conveniently located 3 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores and 3 minutes to Orange Beach grocery stores.

ABOUT BEACH CHAIRS:
You are certainly welcome to bring your own beach chairs, tents, etc., but be aware of this - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING ON THE BEACH PAST SUNDOWN!! The city clears the beach every day starting about 30 minutes after sundown.

Chair and umbrella rentals are available, and you can reserve them in advance if you wish.

An adorable and comfortable property! We loved the very easy beach access and the covered parking - perfect for staying cool on hot Summer days. A nice touch inside the condo was the number of charging stations set up throughout. Made it so much easier to keep everyone's devices organized. We also really enjoyed the smaller size of the building. Fewer units means less crowd on the beach and makes it easy to navigate.The owner, Tom, kept communication open and responsive. We really appreciated that!

Before arrival, the instructions and communication is great! Everything worked just as said. The condo was very clean and all of the furniture was newer and comfortable. There are USB outlets everywhere which is so nice not having to have the dreaded "block" for your chargers. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and other items to make it where you don't have to go to the store right away. I have 5 month old twins and it was their first time at the beach. So cleanliness and comfort was key. This is a home away from home and I highly recommend staying here! The pool, grills, and easy beach access is icing on the cake. Love this place!

Property was just as described and overall very clean. The only ding would be we found lashes between the table and mirror wall. Nothing a disinfecting wipe didnt handle. Other than that everything was just as expected. Will definitely rent here again.

We had some issues with the shower leaking, but the property owner’s gave us a discount on the parking pass. Very close to everything and right off of the beach. A tiny bit dated but overall a very nice property and worth the money.

Pretty clean, a lot of space. Beds were very uncomfortable, for me. You can not see the beach from the condo, which is fine I guess; the listing doesn't say you can. I suppose I didn't pay enough attention to the listing or got it mixed up with another based on the primary picture used, which is of the beach. It's fine though. The stay was fine overall, would have been better for a larger party, someone with kids maybe. We didn't use the pool. The hosts made the check in very easy. We didn't need to contact them during.

Family visit to the beach

Property was as expected. Close to the beach. Good pool. Check in was easy. Would stay here again with my family of 7.
