★THE PROPERTY★
At the end of a meandering drive the house will come into view, perched atop a wooded ravine and facing the mountains to the east. This 1960s property is owned by a professional landscaper and permaculturist, she has lovingly cared for the lush grounds, including an orchard of cherry, apricot, peach, pear, and apple trees. From May until October there’s often fresh fruit or vegetables for you to pick and enjoy. The tea garden off the main bedroom offers an incredible sensory experience. The entire 3.2 acre property is enveloped by mature forest, offering utter peace and tranquility and inviting you to take a deep breath, and explore.

It’s truly a nature-lover’s paradise. Deer visit regularly as well as foxes, raccoons, rabbits, and all manner of local wild birds.

******NOTE: There are 2 other dwellings on the property that may be occupied by the owner, her guests or caretakers. You will have exclusive use of the entire house, but you may see others on the property. There is also a studio unit above the garage that may be available to rent in the summertime for an additional cost. If interested in the private studio unit, please message for details.

★THE SPACE★
Enjoy your morning coffee by the pool and witness the sun peak over the mountains. Make family-style breakfast together in the well-appointed kitchen. Retreat to three relaxing bedrooms - the entertainment room has its own door and can serve as a 4th bedroom. The space can sleep 10 comfortably, so everyone has a restful night after a full day of exploring all the area has to offer. Or, break out the karaoke machine and sing the night away. Before bed, slip out to the poolside deck for the most breathtaking stargazing - well away from city lights, hustle, and bustle. If you'd like to sleep outside, we have a few designated spots where you can pitch a tent.

The property is protected by security cameras at the entrances and on the perimeter of the property (of course there are no cameras indoors, by the pool, or anyplace else you would expect privacy).
