This home is over 2500 square feet and features a spacious living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and comfy bedrooms! The living area entails beautiful built in cabinets, a flat screen tv, and plenty of seating area for guests to relax and unwind while on vacation! You will love the cooking space in this vacation rental. The kitchen offers expansive countertop space and an island. This is perfect for making family meals, and offers ample storage space. Having plenty of room is not an issue in this large home!
The large pool area in the subdivision is a great place to cool off and catch some sun! The Villas of South Padre Subdivision offers private beach access leading directly to the beach and ocean. It is only a 3-4 minutes walk from the front door till your toes are in the sand! When it is time to rest after a fun day of exploring South Padre Island, guests will rest easily in the spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom entails a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Highly recommend renting from this local managing company!
Beautiful home in a beautiful gated area. It was clean, well stocked, and suited our family! Kids were safe, beach is right there. We watched Clayton's fireworks from the community pool. Private beach entrance is 3 minute walk and the home has everything you need to take to the beach. This is a luxury place with 3 stories so lots of stairs. SPI rentals is top notch and addressed all questions and issues immediately. Highly recommend renting from this local managing company!

Summer Getaway
Even though it was less than a week stay, the house my family stayed at was outstanding. It was as if I were in a small village in a country by the sea. All my family enjoyed staying in the beautiful house with all the comforts of home. The fact that it was a short walking distance to the beach even made it better. Loved the stay!

Good but not great
This is a good property in a great location. We had six people, with plenty of space to not feel crowded. Easy access to the beach, away from the crowds, and to the community pool.
The property was nice but could use some improvements. There were some spots where it look like it may have leaked previously, some minor issues with temperature but nothing that was terrible.
Overall this is a good family rental.

First time at South Padre so was very happy with location and beach access. House was super clean and huge. Management company is a lot to deal with though . Too many rules and hoops. Should I return to S padre I would avoid using them unfortunately.

Nice quiet area to enjoy with family. Pool was clean. The only few things trash can was not available when we arrived but issue was resolved quick. Wi-Fi never connected with our devices and we weren't able to open any balconies other than that stay was pleasant.

Beautiful property, excellent experience.
The whole family loved it and the 3 minute walk to the beach was awesome. The only minor negative points were:
not enough garbage bags and dishwasher soap provided. We had a family of 7 and those two items were used quickly. Also, one balcony chair was broken and unusable. Staff was very accommodating and helped us out in a midnight emergency. Thank you!

65th Birthday Celebration
This home is nestled in a private community with homes and condos with security and was the Perfect Place for 4 adults/4 teenagers. Since the Living area couch was not a pull out we purchased a blow up bed for one of the teenagers. This 3 level home was quite spacious! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the 3rd floor bedroom with a King bed, walk in closet and on-suite with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The middle floor with good size kitchen with a quaint sitting area was perfect for breakfast and lunch time. The dining area was quite spacious as well and served us well for dinner. The living area with TV (a 65” would be real nice!) was nice to watch the Summer Olympics. Enjoyed Fireworks at the Beach Thursday & Friday eve from Clayton’s. The Beech access, Pool Access, Tennis/Pickleball access is real close to all condos/homes in the Villa Neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with every day eating ware and cooking items. Highly recommend this lovely place and we look forward to a future stay.

Location & Style
This location to the beach was the best it could be. The neighborhood and security is high class and wonderful. The girl who sat at the gate entrance was so very friendly and thorough at her job. We appreciated her. It was great to have a pool and hot tub so close to the home. It hardly felt like a rental but a home.
The house was nice but a few things would have been helpful. It was never noted that the stairway had the broken chair lift and took up half the walking space. This was a hazard for our age and for our young grandchild. We never found the downstairs bedroom tv remote. The cabinet in the Master bathroom was broken. The place was mildly clean, needs a good scrub down on the floors and trim. We were not given the garage remote which would have been helpful. We were not able to park in the garage due to all of the stuff inside the garage. It was a total surprise that the day before we would be required to drop by the office and verify ID. It was upsetting that they wanted to xerox my credit card and put it in their system. I am very worried that it will get hacked now. The desk said they will delete it out of their system in a week, however I am very doubtful. Thank you for asking.
