Spacious Audubon Home in Colony Cove w Water Views

This 2600 sq/ft, newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with additional 2nd floor sleeping area was designed for large families looking for a large space to enjoy a quiet island getaway to the picturesque coastal town of Dauphin Island. This two story home has beautiful views of the water in Colony Cove on Dauphin Island's East End. There's even a public park right out front that has the best fishing on the island! Come get a true taste of island life at this beautiful Gulf Coast getaway.

The Space:
We have recently redone the deck set up this house and res painted it! The teal pictures show the new deck layout. This house is a very open floor plan with great views from every room! The kids will enjoy the ping pong/pool table upstairs! The 3 porch areas, one screened in are a great place to relax, cook out and enjoy family time! The upstairs is a game room/sleeping area with a pool table/ping pong table area and two bunk beds.

Guest Access:
The whole house, porches, screened in patios and yard is yours to enjoy! This is one of the best locations on the island! You can fish right across the street!

The Neighborhood:
There are several public beach accesses that are a 3 to 5 minute drive away! The island is only 10 miles long so everything on the island is close by!

Getting Around:
Because of the ideal location of the property on the East End, guests can take a quick drive or easily bike or walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. Although there is no public transportation, there are miles of walking and biking trails around the island that makes getting around a breeze. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway in front of the home.

Other Things to Note:
Pets: no cats allowed! Dogs are allowed with a $75 fee per dog. There is a maximum of two dogs no larger than 75 pounds each. Dogs who are categorized as "dangerous" or "aggressive" according the ASPCA are not allowed. We do not accept cats . Please let us know if you're bringing your furry friend so we can add the appropriate pet fee, as the Airbnb website does not have a spot for us to add the fee. The fee will be added to the cost of your nightly charge. Guests must keep dogs on a leash when outdoors, and clean up after their pets. Guests who bring a dog without notification could face penalty.
