We do not have central air, but there are a/c window unit(s) to use at your disposal.

New Pergola



App operated laundry. Each machine has the logo to download the app. Only American cards are accepted for payment; other cards are not supported. Please do not use any of the supplies in the laundry room or the laundry during the hours on 10am - 4pm. Our cleaner will need full access to these items during turnover hours.



$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system



We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. 25+ to book!



We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.



San Diego’s weather is perfect 90% of the year. Most guest use fans and open windows and older buildings in SD usually do not have A/C. Even most bars and restaurants only use fans!



Potential for noise as we are very near the Airport.





HOUSE RULES:

- Quiet Hours are 11 pm

- Must be 25+ to book

- $500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).

- If guest does not check out on time (without approval from host to stay later) one may be charged $25/10 min over check out time (rounded up).

- By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.

- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.

- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!

- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.

- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.

- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge team is available from 8am–6pm Sunday-Thursday and 8am–10pm Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.



Sunday - Thursday: 8am - 6pm

Friday & Saturday: 8am -10pm
