Cozy cabin in trees w/hot tub, near marina

Nestled Inn the Pines is the perfect, cozy retreat for your next family vacation. It includes a private volleyball court and private hot tub all surrounded by beautiful, mature pine trees. Our family cabin sits on a double lot--there is lots of space for playing games and relaxing. We have provided both indoor and outdoor games for your group to enjoy.

When you're done with your day at the beach or on the lake, the large deck, open lawn, private hot tub, fire pit and private sand volleyball court will keep everyone entertained from sun-up to sun-down.

The interior of the cabin is approximately 1,600 sf of mainly tongue and groove style wood paneling and new wood floors and tile in 2022. You will be nestled in pine both inside and outside the cabin. There are 4 private bedrooms that are perfect for families. 3 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the last bedroom has two twin over queen bunk beds. There are two bedrooms that have lofts overhead (3 total) with ladders (the lofts are not included in the overall bed count).

There are two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a shower only, and the upstairs bathroom has a claw tub with a shower (please be careful with the wood). There is a washer and dryer in the upstairs bedroom.

A large half circle paved driveway (two entries) is perfect for multiple cars, toys, or a vehicle with a trailer. There is year-round access.

We have games, games and more games! Board games and puzzles for inside and outside games as well (giant jenga, horse shoes, volleyball, bad mitton).

Our cabin is perfect for the entire family and friends from young (infants and babies) to old! Come enjoy a relaxing vacation!

The cabin is walking distance to the following: Harbor Village and the paved bike path (1-2 minutes), the Utah State Park Marina and beach (5-8 minutes) and the grocery and hardware stores (15 minutes).

The driveway is large enough for up to 6 vehicles. It's a pull through, so perfect for boat or other toy hauling trailers.

No animals due to allergies.

Guests have access to all of it, except for a closet area under the stairs that stores cleaning and other supplies. We also have a locked owners' closet upstairs that stores our personal items. The area under the cabin is locked.

New wood floors and tile in 2022. New kitchen counters in 2022. New minisplit heating and cooling systems and hot water heater in 2023. Fully furnished. Bed linens and towels included. Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cookware, stove and oven, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, disposal, slow cooker, electric griddles, coffee maker). Two decks with great views of Bear Lake. Private outdoor hot tub on lower deck. Outdoor dining for up to 12 at two tables. Indoor dining for 6 to 8. Private sand volleyball court. 50-inch plasma TV with dvd player and many family friendly dvds. Wifi. BBQ propane grill (propane and grilling tools). Heating: 4 mini split systems, and electric baseboard heaters. Cooling: 4 mini split systems, ceiling fans, and numerous smaller moveable fans. Paved circular driveway with plenty of parking. Large lawn for playing games (badmitton, horseshoes) and a fire pit (propane, 4 marshmallow roasting sticks and chairs).

There is a pack n play, portable high chair, changing pad, and gates available for your baby/infant during your stay.

Bring your own beach towels, beach toys, and beach equipment. Bring your own rags for wiping down toys (snowmobiles, atvs, boats, and etc.), although we have a few clean, smaller ones under the kitchen sink in a rag bag.
