After entering the gate into the grounds of the property please stay to the left hand side, and park either by the garage or the undercover parking area. The is to respect our next door neighbors property.

We do have a basketball court. Unfortunately due to prior guests running into the mural - this currently does have damage and are looking for a permanent solution. The movie theatre is older and does not have premium sound similar to a real theatre. The pool is outdoors which means occasional debris may fly inside of it. We do clean it 2x a week. We can't offer credits for these items listed above. If the pool is dirty, please contact us and we will try to get a cleaner out as soon as possible.

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests.  You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.  

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
