WELCOME FIFA 2026 WORLD CUP FANS! Only a couple minutes walk to subway that goes right to the stadiums in minutes!!! Enjoy a clean, stylish place in a great, bustling area! Nice, 1 bedroom apartment with a mid century and modern aesthetic and great WiFi, smart tv with HBO, Paramount+/Showtime, Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix and Peacock. Offers a queen size bed in bedroom and tall queen size air mattress for additional guests. Enjoy the outdoors in the spacious patio that has seating. You will be near most of the popular parts of the city and close to or near transportation to major universities and hospitals.
Additional rules
I’m not looking to host anyone who is using the place to throw a wild party or get out of control which results in unreasonable noise and potential damage. No smoking inside and if you’re smoking outside please close back door. Pets are allowed if they’re house broken and well behaved with no excessive shedding. No pets on couch, chair, bed or blankets. Any additional cleaning or care for damage may result in additional charges. Access to basement is for laundry only. Please use cold setting for water temp on washer and please don’t touch any of the stored items in basement! They are personal items of the owner and all photographed and itemized. The beam is low at the bottom of the basement stairs so please watch your head coming and going in addition to the duct and corner of the duct while doing laundry.

My property is centrally located to nearly all major parts of the city and is on a great block. It is nice and clean and very accessible being on the first floor but also private enough with the bedroom being in the back and private access to patio outside!
