This property is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in south Florida and is a guest favorite for everyone. With 50 feet of dock, you can enjoy a beautiful ocean access canal or bring a boat! Located only 5-10 from the beach, and just a walk outback for inlet access.

The Dock House sleeps 12 total guests: 8 adults and up to 4 children under the age 12.

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the property. 1 small closet is locked for cleaning storage.

Guests have access to full driveway; can fit up to 5 standard sized cars.

Interaction with guests:

The property manager or one of his direct assistants will always be available for any guests needs relating to the property and their stay.

Maximum adults 8 plus up 4 children for a maximum of 12 guests

The host is available nearly 24/7 with any black-out times being disclosed at check-in.

Dock usage is at the own risk of guests. Ownership & management are not responsible for any issues relating to damages or injuries as a result of using the dock. Guests, and all others of their party, are expected to inspect and use caution when docking, boarding, and unboarding their vessels.

All guests are required to follow local ordinances and request all neighbors at all times.

Pets are allowed however they must be disclosed, and pet cleaning fee must be paid so deep cleaning is covered for future guests. No exceptions.

Reservations over Holidays; specifically, Christmas & New Years have a 12-night minimum if you want both Holidays or a 6-night minimum if you choose one or the other. Please send a request to the host with any questions or clarification.
