This two bedroom two full bathroom cabin sits on a one acre lot that gives you a private feel while also being a short drive to the heart of Pigeon Forge for fun with family and friends! Whether you are enjoying fresh air and a good cup of coffee on the enclosed deck or having fun in the hot tub with seasonal views, this cabin has plenty to offer for a great stay!

*Approaching the Property*

When you pull up to the driveway, you will be greeted with a large carving that says "Dogwood Lodge". This is how you can tell that you're in the right place.

*Parking*

As you pull into the long driveway, you will be going up a steep incline. As you are approaching the cabin, you can either stay straight and park on the inclined part of the driveway. The driveway has solar lights running up the right side to help guide you.

you can pull off to the right where the drive way splits and park in front of the screened in hot tub area which would be the easiest unloading point as it is a much more flat area.

If you park in front of the hot tub, there is an entrance to the first floor from the patio on the lower level. otherwise you can go up the stairs to the main entrance to unload your belongings where you will walk into the main living area.

*Cabin Layout*

The main living area on the second floor consists of the game room, the living room, a full bathroom, and the kitchen.

From the main floor, you can access the door that goes out to the top level screened in deck or you can take the stairs down to the downstairs living space and private bedroom.

The kitchen comes stocked with the essentials needed to cook a fantastic meal in the cabin.

There are two bathrooms in the cabin. One is located on the second floor next to the kitchen and the other bathroom is on the first floor across from the private bedroom.

The washer and dryer are in their own closet next to the pool table on the first floor that is also yours to use if you need it.


The first floor consists of a second living space with a queen size sleeper sofa, full bed, and a smart tv. There is also a private bedroom with a queen bed and smart tv and a full bathroom across the hall from the bedroom.


You will have access to the entire cabin except for two rooms on the first floor which is which house the cabins utilities. If you decide to walk the property, I recommend boots and long pants as there are insects and critters in the smokey mountains.



- There is a chance you will see and hear insects and animals

- Do NOT approach bears

- Absolutely NO pets allowed. There will be an additional fee of $500 if a pet is brought to the cabin

- Only 8 guests are allowed at the cabin

- * Use the hot tub at your own risk*

- No unsupervised kids at the cabin. no exceptions!

We do not provide extra towels for the use of the hot tub. If you plan on using the hot tub, make sure you bring extra towels with you.

There is no late check-out or early check-in! failing to vacate the property by 10AM on check-out day will result in a $150 fee.

No fires inside or outside of any kind. This includes candles! any damages as a result from an unauthorized fire will result in a fee!
