Felt like a home

My family and I felt relaxed in the townhome. It was very clean, ease of parking, everyone felt safe & relaxed. Thank you for the experience!

Great stay

Everything was great. The location was in a gated community very quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms was very relaxing. Everything was clean. And communication with Adriel was exceptional. I would recommend bringing your own supplies (not pans or dishes) if you plan to cook. The ice maker does not work nor the fans in the bedroom. But everything was perfect for my stay.

Satisfactory

We enjoyed our stay and our host was very much available and helpful. It's difficult to accurately rate the property because althought the resort was very nice, our condo is getting dated, but with great potential. It was clean, stocked and had most things you need. However, the furnishings need updating and an extra arm chair or 2 would be nice. An opportunity missed is not having the patio cleaned and weeded and usable. Also, the host should recommend the owner remove or completely seal off the old hot tub as well. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. The fire alarm sensor was beeping for 4 days before being fixed and the AC was not working for 5 days before service. Our host stayed in touch every day but that doesn't solve the maintenance problems. The AC repairman was exceptional, but preventative maintenance was all that's needed to avoid these things. Having said that, we were still comfortable and we still had a good stay and hope the owner will heed our suggestions. All and all we might consider staying there again, but not at those prices and not if it's not updated.

Family stay at Christmas

Good location. Lots of room for other 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Worked great for our family that was there to visit the parks during the Christmas break.

Great way to move to Florida

My husband and I rented from Adriel with moving to Florida. Adriel was a great host with awesome communication during our stay. His place is close to both Disney & Universal and all the surrounding amenities! Highly recommend!

Theme park vacation

Our first Vrbo rental. Home was excellent. Very spacious, super clean had everything you’d need. Each bedroom had a tv, closets had hangers and a hamper. Big washer/ dryer. And close to theme parks. Maybe 30 minutes max to them. Would highly recommend this home.

Great stay

Adriel was phenomenal and prompt with replying to all of my questions during our week long stay. The townhouse is accurately listed. The townhouse is in a great location ( close to activities and Walmart). The gated property is really nice, quite and clean. We enjoyed the pool (perfect for entire family to enjoy). The townhouse was spacious and had all the kitchen items we needed to cook quick meals. We enjoyed our stay.
