Welcome to your perfect getaway—just 5 minutes from Cardinals Stadium and the lively Westgate Entertainment District! This beautifully appointed home offers spacious living areas and thoughtful touches throughout, including a dedicated office with a twin daybed—perfect for remote work or hosting additional guests.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, designed for relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, enjoy meals under the covered outdoor dining area, or challenge your group to a game of cornhole.

You’ll also be just minutes from Desert Mirage Golf Course, steps from the scenic Grand Canal Trail, and directly across from Heroes Park—ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike.

- The pool is not heated.

The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am - 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns. Please contact us directly to inquire about better rates!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

We were in town for a couple of weeks working. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the stadium and retail. Easy access to anywhere we needed to go. House had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.

Great house. Didnt have to deal with much traffic wherever we went. The only issue we had is the burr weeds around the pool that our kids kept stepping on. Wished the weeds would have been cleaned up.

Thank you for hosting us at your Glendale home! The location was fantastic! Easy to get around to several golf courses in the area and the lake and park was a great plus as everyone in our group was a runner or walker and enjoyed the many options for sidewalks to chose from in the area. The back yard was spacious and we spent every evening out there enjoying the seclusion!

Great get away in Glendale AZ

Great location next to Cardinals stadium. Outdoor pool was perfect (they had floaties there no need to buy or bring any). The lighted gazebo gave a great ambiance in the evening. Lots of spices in the cupboards if you like to cook. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided along with hair dryer, leave your stuff at home less to pack. We had an incident with the sink and management was quick to respond and send someone over to fix the problem. The only thing that was different from the online information there is not a pool vacuum to worry about. They day we left the pool cleaning lady showed up. The pool was in great shape!

The house was clean but needed some repairs or up grades. The master tub water was really bad. There are no window coverings on front and back door and both are glass allowing a lack of privacy. The pool had absolutely no furniture. Not a single lounge chair to lay on. It is not heated so water was very cold. The kitchen had only three forks. The house was clean and plenty of room.

Simply decorated well equipped house

This house was simply but adequately decorated, and very well equipped. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and we never wanting for anything. The house is tidy but as many others have mentioned in need of a good clean. The floors, while tile, are filthy, some small bits of trash on check in, but honestly the house was fine. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic business trip!

It was a wonderful visit to Phoenix. The house is very roomy and in an excellent location close to restaurants. Walking park across the street for evening stroll. So much better experience than staying in a hotel. It was like coming “ home” from work vs going to a high priced hotel. Love to come back another time. The pool could have been cleaner but weather still too chilly to use the pool so not a real problem for me. Thank you for a great week!

Getaway

I stayed for a short get away and warmer weather. The beds are super comfortable, the house was cleanish, found some hair in one shower and some of the walls could use a wipe. Nothing terrible. My one complaint was the WiFi never worked and could not get the tv to work. Wasn’t a big deal for me but had I had my kids with , it would not have been good. Overall a great place .

Close to State Farm Stadium

We walked to the football game. The house was nice and beds were comfortable. Pool water was freezing and smalller than picture on VRBO site. There weren’t any lounge chairs to lay outside. There either werent window coverings or they were see through curtains. It was comfortable and ok but I’ve stayed at better.

Good Location Needs a Good Deep Cleaning

This property is easy to find and in a great locations. Check in was easy and the house had all the necessary supplies for a 4 night stay. The only recommendation I have is to give this property a really thorough deep clean. Base boards, walls, door jams, and doors need to be wiped down. Pot shelves and pictures need to be dusted. The rug in the front room should just be tossed because it is so dirty and stained you can’t really walk or sit on it without it getting your socks or shorts dirty. The floors through out the house should be steam cleaned to prevent the dirt from building up. The pool and back yard area was clean and neat, although the BBQ could be cleaned to prevent a fire when using it.
