The Guy Street Kayak and Paddleboard Boat Launch are located less than 1/2 mile from the Ocean View Beach Club community entrance. This ramp provides immediate access to the 97-acre Assawoman Canal that connects to the Indian River Bay on the north end and the Little Assawoman Bay to the south. Part of the Delaware State Parks, this gorgeous waterway stretches over 3 miles and connects to the Bethany Beach Canal, providing water access to the nearby Salt Ponds and Bethany Beach.

AMENITIES: The guest fee is $35 per guest per week. It is located in amenity-rich Ocean View Beach Club, only 2.5 miles from downtown Bethany Beach. Guests can enjoy the many amenities offered by Ocean View Beach Club. A large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle exist. There is a fee per person for using the amenities. The multipurpose sports court near our outdoor pool is a great place to get together with friends and family. The court is designed to suit several sports, including but not limited to basketball, pickleball, and tennis. Courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis but can be reserved for pick-up games or events. Offering a resort-level experience, the outdoor pool has something for everyone. As you enter the patio and sundeck, you'll be greeted with plentiful shaded seating, well-manicured gardens, and access to community walking trails and sports courts through an elegantly fenced footpath. Luxury spa-inspired with head-to-toe wellness in mind, our sauna, steam, and massage rooms are in the men's and women's locker rooms. Upon entering each room, guests will find spacious lockers, private bathrooms, and a private shower. Walking further down the locker room corridor, you'll enter an area hosting a private sauna, steam room, and massage suite. A shared co-ed hot tub completes the five-star spa feel between the two locker rooms.
