Dies ist ein 3.500 Quadratmeter großes dreistöckiges Haus auf einem Eckobjekt mit Wasser auf 2 Seiten. Die Aussicht ist absolut wunderschön. Dies ist eine ruhige Familiengegend.

Die Location ist 162 Henlopen Dr. South Bethany Beach und liegt zwischen Rehoboth Beach und Ocean City Maryland. Kommen Sie von der Hektik zurück und entspannen Sie sich auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die schönen Kanäle, während die Boote vorbeifahren. Beginnen Sie Ihre Familienerinnerungen mit uns.
Der Strand ist nur einen Block entfernt und KOSTENLOSER PARKPLATZ (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und mit 2 Parkausweisen). Der Strand ist wunderschön, sauber und wird nicht überfüllt.
Wir haben seit dem Besitz des Hauses im August 2017 viele Verbesserungen vorgenommen (2 neue Eingangstüren, Bodenbeläge, Außenmöbel, vertikale Jalousien, 42-Zoll-HDTV im Wohnzimmer, Fernseher im 1. Stock, 2. Kühlschrank im 1. Stock, WLAN) , 4 neue Queen-Matratzen, alle neuen Bettdecken, 3 neue Schlafzimmersets, neue Lampen im ganzen Haus, neue Waschmaschine und Trockner, 2 neue HVAC-Systeme) und werden weitere Upgrades hinzufügen.
Neu für 2019 haben wir ein 5. Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Wohnzimmer im 1. Stock mit eigenem Bad hinzugefügt.

This house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and great views of the canals with boats, waverunners, kayaks, and paddle boards passing by. caught many crabs and made a delicious spaghetti and crab meal. The owner was very easy to communicate with would definitely recommend this house and we will probably rent it again.

Family vacation

The house worked well for our large family vacation. The drive to the beach was quick and parking was always available. The kids loved being able to fish and kayak on the canal after a day at beach. The property owner was readily available for any questions.

Beautiful home for a family beach stay!

We have been renting beach homes in Bethany for a few decades and can honestly say that we have never stayed in such a clean beach house! The owners clearly keep up on the care and maintenance and it made for a lovely stay. The screened in porch and wrap around deck were a delight and allowed for viewing both canals. Easy walk to the beach and a wonderful central location. We would certainly rent again!

Lovely family vacation

We had a wonderful week at the beach with our extended family. The house was located on a corner on the bay, which made for an amazing view every morning. The home was clean and well appointed, and very easy to access. Also, it was an easy walk to the beach. I love the area. Would want to rent in the future!

Amazing Property

There were 12 of us for a family beach trip at the property. It is a real gem. The location is phenomenal, being right on the canal was great for paddleboarding and kayaking - there were some great views that we were able to check out. It is a short walk to the quiet beach. Plenty of comfy places for people to stretch out and relax and the wraparound deck is great for evening views.

Very inviting and comfortable. Large and roomy with everything you need for a wonderful stay. A do again, hope its available next year for grey hound weekend. All you need is your own kayaks and bicycles and your set. Kitchen fully equipped and more !!! Nice size rooms and bathrooms.

Wonderful property! The corner property with two waterways was beautiful. Watching from the wraparound deck in early morning for my coffee or evening for conversation and drinks it was so calming. The easy access to the beach made this a perfect fit for us. Complete with comfortable beds and furniture also.

Family Vacation

The beach house was large enough to fit 12 people very comfortably. It was a 5-6 min walk to beach. The decks were absolutely beautiful to sit out on and watch the boats and paddle boarders go by in the canal. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our morning walks. The owner Brian was great he checked on us and asked if we needed anything. This was a 5 star vacation.

We love this beach house!

Clean, spacious, bright and inviting, we just love this beach house! An awesome table that comfortably seated our large group of 8 for meals & games, an open and airy floor plan with great views and plenty of space, wonderfully comfortable mattresses in bedrooms with ample space and furnishings to unpack and park the luggage, a well-appointed kitchen, impressive deck space with sturdy and comfortable furniture, a short bike ride or reasonable walk to a beautiful beach, and wonderfully communicative hosts...what more could we ask for? Even with several days of rainy weather, we had a fabulous stay -- and we can't wait to come back next year!

50th Anniversary Celebration with family

Perfect beach vacation spot. Atlantic Ocean just a block away, and scenic canals with boating at the doorstep. Covered porch, expansive decks, and lots of windows and sliding doors make viewing of sunsets easy. The location was ideal. It was peaceful, but within easy driving distance to Bethany beach, with its lovely boardwalk and town center. Ocean City boardwalk, restaurants, shops and entertainment were nearby too. There was something for everyone. We hope to return in the next few years.

Perfect beach vacation

Brian was extremely responsive, and the house was exactly what we needed. We had a family of 5, family of 4, and grandparents, and never felt like we were crowded. There was room to get away when you needed some quiet time to work or read, the wrap around deck and screen porch were great for morning coffee, and the corner lot meant we had water on two sides and being at the end of the road it was extremely quiet. Straight shot to the beach, and less than a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this house to others, and would stay there again!

Beautiful home, great location

Stayed here with my extended family and our dog. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out, also great communal spaces for being together. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. The location on the canals is ideal. You could spend hours just sitting on the deck, enjoying the views, listening to the birds. Very easy to get into the water for kayaking and paddle boarding, with many miles of canals and bays to explore. It’s an easy walk to the beach but having the parking passes was handy so we could drive if we didn’t want to carry all of our gear. South Bethany is a peaceful location. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Peaceful Vacation

We had a wonderful time in South Bethany! Brian's home was perfect for my family, we played games, had big family dinners, and I enjoyed baking desserts in the spacious kitchen. It was so peaceful sitting on the decks. We rode our bikes in the neighborhood. We swam in the ocean every day, it was a short walk, but we used the parking pass to get a spot right next to the beach entrance. I walked my dog on the beach every day, there is a state park beach where dogs are allowed just across the road and down a few blocks! We can't wait to come back next summer.

The free Beach Parking Passes are always nice so you don't have to worry about the parking meter running out. It sounds like with all your activity a week is not long enough to get everything in that our location has to offer. We hope to see you again.

As Great As Advertised

Great home to relax, enjoy the beach, and enjoy the unique location on the bay side canals. It was a short walk to the beach and with the included beach parking passes we could pre-position our van in the morning with all our beach gear and cooler for easy access while at the beach - it is a great beach too. The owner communicated well with us and even had a restaurant recommendation (Yes, Mickey's is a great place for crab cakes.) We only had six of us in the home, so we had lots of room. The deck is a fantastic place to enjoy the activity on the canal and even get some sun if you don't want to go to the beach. All in all, an excellent experience.

Amazingly convenient, comfortable and fun!

We had 10 of us driving in from 4 locations and in no time we were settled into our new home for the week! Spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed the unique experience of being at the end of the street and on surrounded on 2 sides by the beautiful residential canals. We had planned on bringing a boat but it didn’t work out but the awesome views looking up and down the waterways and watching the boats cruise by was cool. Next time we will bring canoes or paddle boards to optimize the location. From the well supplied kitchen, the three floors of sleeping spaces, the easy walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. we thoroughly enjoyed our family get together at this property in South Bethany. Plus the property owner was very easy to reach if you have any questions. Enjoy 162 Henlopen!

Excellent Vacation home!

This home had everything our 3 generation of family could possible need to have a fun vacation. The home was comfortable and clean. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The decks were essential! Everyone wanted to get up early to make sure they got the high deck chairs. They weer so comfy. The views off the balconies were beautiful. We had 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a small boat. It was easy to get in and out on the dock and a lot of fun watching everyone from the deck too. It was an easy walk to the beach. Even our 80 year old parents walked it everyday with their chairs. We cooked in most nights but there were plenty of good restaurants close by. There is also plenty to do here. You can go either direction on route one and find something fun. Ocean City is just south and The Tanager Outlets are North. This was a great home and a beautiful location. Thanks Brian for having us! We hope to book again next summer.

Great stay!

My family and I had a great time for our week-long visit at this house. We loved the multiple decks and chairs, especially the screened-in porch area, as well as the many windows to see the water on the canal. There was great lighting and the kitchen had the essentials needed (although very dated appliances). We brought our own crockpot, Instant Pot, and espresso machine, because my family is obsessed with these appliances. Our only major feedback is that the furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable and would recommend an update. For me, it was more comfortable to sit on the floor than in the chairs/sofas. The beach was also closer to a 10-12 minute walk (not 5), although the beach parking passes came in very handy. 9 beds are listed, however one is a very uncomfortable trundle bed in a closet, another is foldable single bed stored in a closet, and the last is a pull-out couch. The rest are full or queen sized beds. Lastly, the crab cakes at Mickey's Crab House were delicious!

Thank you for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed all 800 sq. ft. of brand new decks and the 6 brand new sliding doors allowing great water views. I would like to point out that the trundle bed you referenced, is listed as a children's bed. In addition the fold up bed is actually called a roll-away bed stored in a closet and is not mentioned in our listing, but is an added bonus if needed. Our listing mentions 2 pull out sofa beds along with the 4 new queen, very high quality mattresses which we hope were comfortable & that you enjoyed them. In the last 12 months we have replaced the bulkhead, did the deck re-build, 6 new sliding doors & just replaced the dishwasher this week. The kitchen is in the future plans (when finances allow) as our next upgrade. Everything in the kitchen currently is in very good condition with no functionality issues as seen in our transparent listing pictures. We are sorry the livingroom room furniture was not to your satisfaction. This is the first it has ever been mentioned. We spend ENDLESS hours of our vacation time to make sure our home is well maintained right down the small details such as labeling all the switches for guests. This is our personal Home we open to guests and we take great pride in it.

This location and the views will keep you coming back year after year. The House is very roomy. The corner property gives you more room outside and privacy by not being sandwiched between houses. The views from the decks are beautiful. There is plenty of Boat traffic to watch from the Decks as well. We offer FREE BEACH PARKING with 2 provided passes or its a 12 min walk. The Beach is NEVER overcrowded.

LARGE CORNER PROPERTY! WATERFRONT WITH ACCESS TO THE BAY, FREE BEACH PARKING! BOAT DOCKING for your boat right at our Bulkhead. BAY ACCESS via the canals. Endless places to kayak or paddleboard. The Beach is not overcrowded due to all single homes in the area. If you decide to drive up to the beach parking is by permit only so you do not have to pay the high parking fees like other beach areas (2 parking passes included for beach). We are just up the street if you want to walk to the beach or ride your Bikes. Blinking Crosswalks and 35 MPH speed limit on rt. 1. We usually ride our bikes in the morning to Bethany Boardwalk for Coffee. You will not find a better location to stay at the Beach while in Delaware or Maryland.
