The third level features a spacious primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony, also with ocean views.

LOCATION: Nestled in North Rehoboth Beach, one of Rehoboth's most sought-after residential areas, known for quiet mornings, a family-friendly atmosphere, and easy access to Grove Park, Lake Gerar, the bandstand, and restaurants. Park and walk everywhere—beaches, boutiques, cafés, the boardwalk, and entertainment are all nearby. You'll only need to drive if you want to explore the three tax-free outlet shopping centers just a short distance away.
PARKING: Private driveway fits approximately four vehicles, a rare convenience in North Rehoboth.

Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout.
This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
