Fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4 and dining table for 2. Comfy leather couch and sofa bed in the living room, plus large TV with sound bar. Full size washer and dryer. Almost 1200 square feet - it will feel like home! NOTE: condo is in the 3rd floor (great view!), with NO elevator, ability to walk stairs is a must.

Use the community pool, or head to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! 3/10 of a mile to the quiet Beach access 21 - walk or drop off the kids and supplies then come back and park at the condo.

We provide high quality linens and towels!

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 3 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 5 adults (6 guests total), $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest). This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! Use of the boathouse is not included.
