GUEST ACCESS

CLEANING
▶ Our professional cleaners ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay.
▶ Dishwasher pods provided.
▶ Laundry detergent pods provided.
▶ Note: Washer is currently out of order. Dryer is working.
▶ Laundry is shared with the Mother-in-Law Suite guest.

TOWELS
▶ Please use towels responsibly as we do not change towels daily. Keep them clean. If towels are stained, damaged, or lost, a replacement fee will be charged.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be provided at 6:00 AM on the day of your arrival.
▶ Must be 21 years or older to book.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup Days: Tuesday & Friday
▶ Recycle Pickup Day: Tuesday
▶ Bulk Pickup Day: Friday
▶ Trash bins located to the right-side fence when facing the front door.

PARKING
▶ Free driveway parking for 1 car. Additional free street parking is available.
▶ Please prioritize parking on the right side of the driveway (facing the house). Left side is reserved for the Mother-in-Law Suite.

PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not permitted unless pre-approved. Unauthorized parties may result in a fine of up to $500.
▶ Over-occupancy from events will incur a $50 charge per extra guest.

PETS
▶ Pets allowed with prior approval. Pet sanitation fee ranges from $75 to $200 per pet, depending on number and length of stay.
▶ Payment request will be sent on arrival date.
▶ Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, each no more than 45 lbs.

SMOKING POLICY
▶ Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
▶ Outdoor smoking is allowed but must remain clean and odor-free.
▶ If smoke is detected inside, a fine of up to $500 will apply.

QUIET HOURS
▶ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
▶ Please be respectful of neighbors. Violations may result in fines up to $500.

CAMERAS & MONITORING
▶ External security cameras and noise monitors are installed for guest and property safety.
▶ Cameras are located around the outside of the home only.

GRILL USE
▶ A $40 propane fee applies if you'd like to use the grill.
▶ Please notify us the night before so our property manager can ensure the propane tank is filled after payment is received.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting is not responsible for any packages or personal items left behind after checkout.

DISCOUNTS
▶ Long-term stay discounts are automatically applied on the platform when entering your dates.
