Welcome to Mountain Memories, a cabin completed in February 2022. This luxurious 2,500 square-foot retreat is perfect for your vacation, featuring vaulted and soaring ceilings. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with its four bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom, plus two additional half baths. Across two levels, the cabin includes two large decks, a game room, a hot tub, smart TVs in every room, high-speed internet for all streaming, a pool table, an air hockey table, dual gas fireplaces, and a cozy outdoor living area. Its prime location enhances its charm, offering easy access drive to Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg, near other major attractions, while providing tranquil views.

LIVING ROOM: The main floor presents a generously sized and tastefully decorated open area with lofty vaulted ceilings, a large 75-inch smart TV (streaming only), and an impressive gas stone fireplace, providing seating for eight to relax and watch a movie after exploring the town. The oversized sliding doors can be opened to welcome the fresh air and the tranquil mountain vistas when the weather is agreeable, adding to the comfort of your cabin experience.

KITCHEN: Step into a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and Keurig coffee makers—complete with a starter set of k-cups, creamers, and sugar. It's perfect for whipping up breakfast, lunch, or dinner during your stay. You'll find all the essential cookware, glasses, plates, and silverware provided. And for the BBQ enthusiasts, a charcoal grill is ready for use at the front of the house.
A visit to Gatlinburg is an ideal chance to embrace the great outdoors, and our space is crafted to amplify this experience. Proceed to the spacious upper-level deck to absorb the tranquil views while relaxing in the utmost comfortable patio furniture you can envision. BEDROOMS: Mountain views from every room.
▪️3 King bedrooms with ensuite private bathrooms. Two are located on the main floor. The third King bedroom is on the lower floor downstairs, near the game room on the opposite side.
▪️2 Double bed bedrooms with ensuite private bathrooms is located downstairs on the lower floor near the game room, providing everyone with privacy and space.

▪️All rooms are equipped with a smart TV (streaming only), blackout curtains, ceiling fans, linens, blankets, pillows, closets with hangers, and access to a large deck.

BATHROOMS:
- Four ensuite bathrooms, each with a stand-up walk-in shower and hairdryer.
- One half bathroom on the main floor.
- One half bathroom in the game room.

Moreover, the game room is situated on the lower level, equipped with an air hockey table, pool table, two arcade gaming machines featuring over 100 games, a mini-fridge, wet bar, 75-inch smart TV, and a gas fireplace, offering boundless entertainment and opportunities to create memories with loved ones. Guests have full access to a full-size washer and dryer, ensuring travel without dirty laundry is possible, including two complimentary laundry pods. The second deck invites guests to unwind outdoors with a bubbling Hot Tub for 5-6 people, two reclining loungers, and extra seating.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the owner's closet, which is used for storing supplies.

Given that the cabin is located in a wooded area, encountering bugs and bees is a natural occurrence. Despite a rigorous pest control routine, it is not possible to completely eradicate all insects.

The cabin is equipped with a smart code self-check-in system for your convenience.
Other things to note:
We're thrilled to share our special home with you and have endeavored to provide everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! You'll receive starter packs of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dish and laundry detergent, coffee k-cups, sugar, and creamers, typically sufficient for a few days. Please note, charcoal for the grill is not supplied. Should you require more supplies or charcoal, convenience and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby.

For your safety and property protection, a security camera is installed in the driveway.

The cabin is easily accessible year-round, located just off the parkway with all paved roads. No need for a 4-wheel drive. Parking is available for three vehicles on the driveway, and additional parking is available on the street if needed.

-Maximum Occupancy that our cabin sleeps is 10 people. Should more people stay, we reserve the right to charge an additional $50 per person and/or terminate your stay.

For guests with service dogs, we kindly request that you inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs. To consider future guests who may have allergies, please ensure service animals are kept off the beds and furniture. Please note, any damage or extra cleaning required due to service animals will incur additional charges.

-We do not provide refunds for: weather conditions of any kind, natural disasters, power outages, act of God/Jehovah/Buddha/Allah, or other things that are beyond our control.

Accessibility: While not ADA accessible, there are only three steps to reach the main level which includes all essential amenities. The main level bathroom features a walk-in shower with a small curb but no grab bars.
