If you wanna get around and see the many attractions Richmond has to offer the highway is 2 minutes away to get you to your destination.TV’s are in every room if you have guests come to visit,so everyone will feel home away from home.

NEVER got the code from the house host. Was it n the phone with VRBO supervisor for almost 2 hours. Trying to get in touch with the host and find other accommodations for my family traveling to Virginia for a funeral. The only experience was Horrible. The manager was hard to understand due to language barrier. Only to be told I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days after reservation was cancelled. That was not acceptable due to we needed that money to get other accommodations. The supervisor tried to find other accommodations but not successful and the task was left up to me and my exhausted family after 10 hours of travel.To compensate my family and I was only given a 200 credit to be used within 3 months. Don't plan on traveling again that soon. So our stay was NOT.

Comfortable place to stay, great value.

Host was very quick to respond when our first arrival had difficulty operating the key pad. House was comfortable and plenty of room for our group of five adults.

Great place to stay!

The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The only complaint I have is the the yard was not completely fenced in. I traveled with my dog, and had to keep her tied up when I let her out. I would stay here again!

Nice Place

The house is clean and sized for the era the house was built. The dining room table is elevated and has 4 chairs. If you have more than 4 staying there plan accordingly The fireplace is cute but is electric so no wood is needed. We enjoyed celebrating our Christmas there with our family..

Good property

The home is well appointed, and the neighborhood was friendly. Fatima was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The backyard is fenced, but it is not fully enclosed, so keep that in mind if that is important to you.

Great stay

We came to the area for a track Qualifier at Highland springs high school. It was so convenient for us. The house was cozy and inviting. There was plenty of space for a family of 5. Each room had a TV, so the kids and husband were happy. The acts worked great and kept us cool especially after 2 long days at the track. The house had everything we needed and more.

Fatima is AMAZING

The pictures really don’t do the house justice honestly. The house is small but it effectively uses the spacing well. There was more than enough room for the 8 of us. Fatima is very responsive, she also has sticky notes all over the house which made finding things Easy. Check in was smooth and easy and she even granted us a late check out. Overall I would 100 percent stay again

Disappointed

I never received any response from the host, despite reaching out multiple times before and during the time of check-in. On top of that, I also tried to get in touch with customer service, but no one responded there either. We were completely left on our own, without any guidance or support, which was extremely frustrating and stressful—especially after a long journey.Because of this, we ended up spending over two hours trying to find another place to stay at the last minute, which not only disrupted our plans but also caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. This experience was far from what we expected and has been very disappointing.To make matters worse, I still haven’t received any refund for the original booking, even though the service was clearly not provided. I feel that this situation has been handled very poorly, and I would appreciate it if someone could take action immediately to process the refund and address the lack of communication we experienced.

The Property was as shown and the owner when above and beyond by leaving drinks in the fridge and having sticky notes on each drawer to help us find things around the house. Things like that go along way!

There was parking for two in the driveway, but my daughter parked on the road. There was a huge hole or depression on the one corner. The property was very neat and clean. Fatima left drinks for us and there were toothbrush and paste in case they were forgotten. Everything was great. The airport is very close and the planes could be heard over head. But overall the stay was great. Please do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. The key gets you in through the top lock. Poor Fatima had to rescue us on our second night there because we locked the bottom lock too when leaving!

The BEST stay EVER

Ms. Fatima was AMAZING! I have stayed at a lot of places and so far this place was the best! The hostess was very nice and made sure no detail was missed. My family and I made a mistake and locked ourselves out on the last night. I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I had a reply letting me know someone was on there way. Book this location if your in the Richmond area. I will definitely stay at this place again

Cute place

This property was so cute! It had practically everything we needed and was very clean. The host is super organized and responsive. It was a bit tight for 10 people, but other than that everything was perfect.
