Luxury 3 Bedroom + Office/Den Condo Fountain Hills

Rise out of the valley to the hills of Fountain Hills! Located 10 miles due east up the mountain from Scottsdale, Fountain Hills offers crisp clean air, spectacular views, hiking for all levels and an art friendly town! Did we mention Fountain Hills has Art on the Avenue every Wednesday where you would be staying? It is just a 1 block walk and the fountain is only 2 blocks from the condo. Shopping and restaurants are all at your doorstep as you are located right in the heart of Fountain Hills.

Work remotely while overlooking the pool. It's all possible at the Town Crossing Condo. Comfort and flexibility for couples, children, golfers, hikers, etc. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed. The guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds that can be arranged into a king bed. The large Office/Den has a workspace along with queen sofa couch that can sleep two additional guests.

There is a one car garage available for guests along with plenty of guest parking in this gated community.

Did we mention that Fountain Hills has Art on the Avenue every Wednesday where you would be staying? It is just a 1 block walk and the fountain is only 2 blocks from the condo. Shopping and restaurants are all at your doorstep as you are located right in the heart of Fountain Hills.

Whether you desire a leisurely stroll around the lake & fountain or the rigors of a hike 9 miles straight up, there are a dozen options within a 10 minute walk to 15 minute drive. The Overlook Trail is just off the fountain and will get your legs warm. Sunrise Peak can be reached from a few starting points and offers moderate trails. And don’t forget the Dixie Mine Trail, always a favorite.
For the golfers in your group, FH offers some beautiful golf courses with great topography and stunning views along with challenging shotmaking. All within a five mile radius are the Saguaro & Cholla courses at Wekopa; Sunridge Canyon, Desert Canyon, and Eagle Mountain. You are also just 25 minutes from TPC Scottsdale to cap your golf trip and Top Golf is similar distance on the 101. For some late evening fun, check out the Wekopa Casino.

Perfect location

The condo was perfectly located in Fountain Hills close to the fountain, restaurants and groceries. Also we were within easy driving distance to spring training games, Scottsdale shopping and museums. The condo was also very clean and well stocked.

Great place and location

I’d recommend this property. Only wish we could have had a couple more nights. It was super clean, spacious and great amenities, including new appliances. Owner was very responsive, clear communications, and easy to work with. This condo is in a great location. Walked to the fountain both days and enjoyed food and shops nearby.

This is a spacious and well-stocked condo. The location is very close to Fountain Hills Village where our family matriarch was celebrating her 95th birthday. Joel was prompt at communicating with our group and responsive to our special requests. We highly recommend this property.

Great Fountain Hills condo in perfect walk to location

The condo is very roomy with everything you need. We really liked that the sleeping areas are down the hall from the kitchen and living area, so that someone could sleep in while someone else was making breakfast.Excellent location! You can walk to restaurants and the fountain and even the grocery store. Even though you are near so much, the location is quiet.Pool, hot tub, and exercise equipement are all good.I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and Tidy

Stayed at the property for a mountain bike race out at McDowell Mountain Park and this was super convenient. Having the garage to store bikes was really nice. Heat was out the first night, property manager got it working the next day (which was a Saturday).
