You'll have access to the private backyard, putting green, and BBQ during your stay. After enjoying world-class golf and hiking, look forward to playing cornhole in the backyard or lounging on the patio while watching the sunset.

The Space:
Welcome to our property!
Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

This is a superbly decorated 3 BR, 2 Bath, home that is walking distance to Fountain Hills Park and Towne Center. The location is awesome and the home is even more so. The home is 1723 square feet and has been recently remolded, updated, newly furnished with all new plush furniture, and otherwise just a beautiful space.

SLEEPING AREAS:
Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom
Private bedroom with queen-size bed Guest bathroom in hallway
Private bedroom with two twin-size XL beds
Living room with air mattress *stored in laundry room

COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen, dining room and living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Dedicated workspace available in the master bedroom with dedicated desk space.

(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars, 2 garaged and 2 in driveway. (Driveway is a steep incline)
**No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations**

ENTERTAINMENT:
75” HDTV in living room
32” HDTV in Guest Bedroom
Streaming apps available. Guests must bring their own login and passwords.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the McDowell Mountain. Saguaro Lake, Roosevelt Lake and Canyon Lake are not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*NO Pets. Evidence of a pet will result in a $250 fee.
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed*
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Vendors such as landscaping, pest control and trash will have access to the exterior of the home to preform designated services.

This home is located on a major street, however the backyard creates a peaceful atmosphere for your stay.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Surprisingly Comfortable

Clean and updated. This unit did have a driveway that was troublesome but the traffic did not hinder our ability to leave most days. The space was adequate and the putting green was fun!

Our 4th time renting this home!

This home is very clean with a great kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds and location right near the grocery store. We have rented it every season for a week the past few years. It's very convenient to the downtown area and all of Fountain Hills. We love the place. No pool though for those with kids.

Awesome Property & Host!

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in! Everything was as it showed in the photos and hosts thought of every detail for an enjoyable, stress-free stay. Really appreciated that there was plenty of hand soaps, towels, garabage bags, and cleaning supplies. Also lots of extra blankets and pillows. Highly recommend this property!

Fountain Hills

When entering the property we felt like this was the reveal for one of those flipping shows. Everything appeared to be brand new, spacious, light, and airy. We felt the house was very clean and comfortable, and had all the basic necessities that you could need. It was a great location for us allowing us to visit friends in Rio Verde or to visit Scottsdale, Phoenix and Sedona.

Absolutely great!

Nothing negative to say about it other than the streaming of the TV sometimes got interrupted – lol. Everything was as advertised and better. Would highly recommend to anybody, specially, if you’re a golfer wanting to play in the neighborhood. There are fantastic golf courses very nearby, great restaurants, and Bars.

Very Clean and super nice home.

We stayed in this home last year and loved it. Was a bit concerned about a disgruntled review in December, but there was absolutely no need for concern. House is spotless and well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is huge and the TV is large and great. We really enjoy this place. Thank you to the owners for another great week in FH. Grocery is right across the street. I walked there in the morning and bought fresh donuts. Starbucks across the street as well. Great place to just get out and walk.

House is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

We had a sever roof leak that ruined 1 laptop and 1 earpiece. The house was infested with fleas/mites and the smell from the roof leak was so bad that we left early because the smell was so bad. This house is set up for short term only. Only 1 set of bed sheets, hardly any cooking utensils and very limited dishware. Property Manager never came to clean up the mess from the leak and won't reimburse us for the remaining days that we could not occupy the house due to it being not habitable. The Master Bath shower curtain kept falling down and the toilet paper holder is hanging from the wall. All dishes and cookware had to be washed before using and the trash container cabinet drawer was disgusting. The shower curtains needed to be washed along with the bath mats in both bathrooms. There are no screens on the 2 sliders, so we had to sleep in the Guest Bedroom to get some fresh air from the moldy smell from the leak.

Spacious stay

We enjoyed staying at this spacious house. We had 2 kids and 4 adults. There were plenty of beds and space for the kids to play. They loved the putting green and beanbag boards. It’s very close to Safeway, Starbucks, The Bagel Shop, and you can easily get to other places around town.

Trip to Mayo Clinic

This was the perfect spot if you have business at the Mayo Clinic. The house was wonderful, clean, quiet and comfortable. Communication with the host was perfect. We would love to stay there again on our next visit.

Wonderful home!

This home is one of the best equipped homes we've stayed in. The home had little that I needed to bring or buy other than food. It is a very clean property, 3 comfortable bedrooms, light and bright interior, good heating and air, large washer and dryer and a nice outdoor gas grill. We really enjoyed our use of this property and would recommend it highly. The grocery is a 2 minute walk and a gas station is right at the nearest intersection. The property manager was responsive to our questions as well. It could not have been more convenient. Oh, and there is a putting green on the property!
