All communication comes directly to me and we were never notified on any water bugs during your stay- as a matter of fact there was zero communication. You do need to keep in mind that during the summer here in Texas and where there is a pool- the water will attract all sorts of bugs. We do have regular pest control services and are always up to date. If a water bug came in, we should've been notified directly instead of finding out through a public review, although we are happy to hear you thought the house was nice. Happy Trails!

First off, we do appreciate you staying with us and are happy to see that you liked the property although there was some confusion on your end about the sleeping situation. We have ALWAYS advertised (since Jan of this year- without updates to the sleeping situation) as 2 king beds, (not 3), 1 queen bed and 1 queen blowup mattress. When I called to reach out to see how your arrival had gone- you said "Great, we are getting all settled in, the property is perfect". I was under the impression- everything was great. You never mentioned the sleeping situation nor did I ever receive a call during your stay. We are very surprised to see our rating as a 2 star when you liked the house overall but confused our place with another homes sleeping situation (obviously ). We have never nor will will ever advertised or have twin/bunkbeds. Please review our listing again. We were also very disappointed upon arrival to inspect the house after your departure (at 10:50 when check-out is clearly at 10am) the house smelled of cigar, curtains, lounging seats in the living room and carpet. Upon reviewing cameras for the owner- we did find a few of the guys smoking right before entering the home. As we do not watch guests during their stay- only when needed for evidence purposes (after departure). The house was aesthetically clean and we had no issues during you stay so we rated you as 5 star across the board. This we should’ve given more thought.
